Typical urban Japanese hotel”
This is a typical Japanese chain hotel catered for urban travellers. Roughly 10 mins walk from Susukino Subway Stn. In fact, u can actually walk to JR Sapporo if u ve half an hr to spare, not recommended if u ve luggage. Breakfast is OK, fills u up, full stop. Bathroom is tiny and made of plastic, as is the norm in all hotels in Japan. Our room is facing the south of the city, u can see the traffic n the trams back n forth. One strange thing about this hotel is if u stay here for 2 or more nights, u need to replace ur magnetic keycard everyday. Not seen in any other hotels I stayed. Plenty of convenience stores near the hotel, e.g. Lawson, Circle K and Seicomart, a uniquely Hokkaido chain. This hotel is within walking distance to Tanuki koji, the major shopping street and also Odori Park, the green lung of the city.

Festival Perfect”
I came here with my sister last Feb 2019. Just in time for the Sapporo Snow Festival. Hotel is near convenience stores. Nearest one is like 15steps away. Near MRT station, 7mins away. The best part is it just a walking distance from the park where the major activities are happening. Very worthy! Will definitely book here again.

Good budget hotel”
We love that they have free breakfast even if it's just bread, butter, jam and coffee/juice. But as long as it will help you start your day this ain't bad. They also change sheets and towels if you ask them to. This is a good budget hotel and it's very near to tram (Higashi Honganjimae), walkable to Susukino and even to Odori park if you like. There is a near Lawson and Dinner Bell grocery where we also get food to eat. Good location for a budget hotel when you visit Sapporo!

Swanky Hotel is located 10minutes walking distance to Susukino city center. If you have plenty of monetary budget you could ride street tram for 200yen per way and If you're planning to go to Mt. Moiwa, Sapporo TV tower this is good place to stay as there is very near street tram station. There is also nearby supermarket to buy your stuff.

Nearby to tram station and from there oneatd you can explore Sapporo. Room is big enough for 2 person. Downside is no wifi in rooms. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

Close to metro and the tram station, convenient stores. Expensive during a special time of the year(Arashi's concert for my case), but still cheaper compared to other hotels. In general clean, but looks a bit old/worn out. Provide simple but nice breakfast, coffee and juice, different types of bread, toaster available, at 7-9 am. In the room: hangers, area for clothes, fridge, a TV, desk, chair, clean towels, hairdryer, paper, tissue. the room size is a bit small. wifi in all areas. Guest can take toothbrush & toothpaste on the first floor.

Sounded alil dodgy, but everything was perfect when we arrived. Alighted at the wrong station and had to tug the luggage all the way from Hosui Susukino station over. Only bad point is that they change the hotel room card everyday, so must remember to bring your card to the counter every morning, and ask them for it when you are back after a long day out.

Good enough for just sleep”
we went there during The snow fest so, we looking for budget hotel and find this one. its not so bad but just good enough to sleep room is small for 2 peoples, imagine just put 2 big suitcases in and there is not much space left to walk. bathroom also small too. For location, I think its quite far from subway (around 5-6 block) compare to other hotel. However good news is it just next to the tram! in conclude, like I said just good enough to sleep

We stayed here for two nights in a double room, there was no kettle/tea making facilities or much in the way of toiletries. Yes its a cheap business hotel but ive stayed in much better for less than this cost. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Car parking is paid public parking lot behind hotel, max 1400yen over 24hrs (i think). Area is a bit seedy at night, lots of 'adult' establishments and posters of girls etc. plenty of food options in area. Hotel definitely needs a revamp.

Value for money for a few nights”
Pros 1. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels because we were there during the winter festival. 2. Adequate and efficient room for 2 people 3. It provides necessary toiletries and a very simple breakfast (bread and coffee) in the morning. Cons 1. Staff arranged a smoking room for us wo asking our preference. After that we got room changed. 2. 8mins walk from nearest subway and it can be troublesome especially with luggages during the harsh winter. 3. Bedsheet and duvet cover got some slight stains.

Small Room, smelly, car park additional charge”
Location is good, but room is small. Next to hotel is a bbq restaurant, it open until 3am, and when it open, ur room will full of bbq smell if u open the window air conditioning. We stay on 9th floor still can smell it. Additional charge for parking, 1200 yen per day. And if the car is inside parking between 10am to 3pm, additional 700 yen per day.

Holiday Trips”
A bit difficult to find. But overall, we love the location. Easy access to public transport, and within walking distance to many tourists attractions. The staffs don't speak fluent English but they are willing to help. Everything is clean here except they allowed smoking at the lobby. That is what I totally disagreed because the lobby is very small.
