"I ended up unexpectedly spending a few extra days at the Turtle because I enjoyed the environment, other guests, and staff so much. This place has a great vibe. Though I haven't stayed in the Thamel area, I know just from visiting and shopping there that I greatly prefer the quieter location of Swayambhu. The manager Pawan is incredibly helpful, and all of the staff are also friendly and great. After my initial visit, I know the ST is the only place I will stay in Kathmandu. "
