A chalet / resort, Not a hotel”
My first time writing an accommodation review. Feels very much deceived by the rating and photo. Renovations only on the outside. Inside is still old: 1. Phone in the room not functioning (first time encounter), couldn’t repair and had to change room. Suggest to close that room instead of giving to customer. 2. Hairdryer easily overheat. 3. Stained blanket in both rooms. Stained chair. 4. Dirty mugs in the room. 5. Shower drain clog. 6. Very old lift. I am looking for a hotel, not a chalet / resort. Overall really not worth the money. The hotel is moderate but satisfied. I think the price is expensive based on the room and fasility that I have experienced. I cannot check it on time, 30 minutes late, because the room is not prepared. The staff not really friendly. The toilet inside the room is not really clean. The flush is not functioning well. The good part is, the pool is very big and good. Overall, moderate.

Need to change Room configuration”
Dont have proper toilet arrangement setup, how come main bedroom toilet dont have toilet bowl...and if need to use need to go out using others toilet at the living area. nice hotel but room configuration very bad need to have alot back as this hotel have good potential. Need to improvement!!

Might as well take off the tv from room”
Oyo's tv are sometime much better, so to say, what are the use of tv set in the room if there are only 3 channels and 2 of them are grainy

3 nights at swiss avenue”
I managed to book the room at a promo price since this is my first visit to Sungai Petani. It is located near highway and even nearer to tourist attraction like Merbok mangrove area, Jerai, Lembah Bujang valley and so on. I do not realise that the hotel is nearer to all that places when I book the hotel. No regrets as I do not endure any traffic jam when I went to another places. In term of facilities and staffs, I loved it. The place is very comfortable and the pool is a delight. Just that the hotel had no gate so anyone can come in and park at the compound. It bothered me since I been a few smaller hotels which securities are much better. There is no guard in front when we reach the hotel entrance at least to ask question. Hope tbere are improvement in that aspect. Hope to stay in this hotel again in the future .

I frequently came to SP but not many hotel around this area. First time staying here since they’re newly open. Surprisingly i like it.. with pool view and big breakfast spread. Recommended
