Great stay for 1 night. The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 persons. Bathroom was quite spacious and had complete amenities. Breakfast was great with so many varieties. The hotel provides shuttle from and to the Soekarno Hatta airport. We took the shuttle from the airport, but decided to take a taxi to the airport at a very reasonable cost of Rp. 70,000,-. Check in and check out was fast. No complaint for the hotel....

Modern and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Nice selection of meals for room service. We took the shuttle bus to the airport at 4:00am and it only took 5-10 minutes. We’d stay here again next time we had an early morning flight.

Everything was good until I had a not so nice experience with the reception staff. I called to ask if someone can check the wifi in our room and the staff asked me to go all the way to the lobby just for her to help me. It did not make sense to me since our room was far from the lobby and it was the reason I called so I don't have to go in person to the lobby. I initially told her that I was able to connect to the wifi the day before and it was working well but the next day it kept failing and there was no internet at all. I went to the lobby and talked to her and it was the same conversation as what I said to her on the phone. Basically, wasting my time. I suggested her to just call an IT or engineer and check the room. Doubting that it made sense to her, I just made another call to the duty manager this time when I went back to our room and finally someone understood the problem. Other than the internet, the AC was not working well too. It was too warm in the room even we already adjusted the temperature to the coldest option. Engineering staff went to the room and fixed the problem. Was just really disappointed with the reception staff since she wasted my time and during the call she was not very nice too and had a demanding tone asking me to go all the way to the lobby just for her to help me. Also I did not appreciate that we were maybe given a not so good room (bad WIFI reception and broken AC) since we were just staying there for a night. It was not the service I was expecting especially when we paid a decent price. Definitely need to reevaluate the service and facilities.

I choose this hotel for their shuttle service to and from Soekarno-Hatta Airport and both me and my friend really glad that we choose this hotel for our short stay in Jakarta. The lobby might be small but so clean and nice, we got nice room with big comfy bed, clean nice bathroom, TV service was also satisfying. The only down side was we only stay for 6-7 hours there and arrived after sun-down, it would be nice if we arrived at 3-4 pm since they have KFC, J.Co and Starbucks shop in their lobby. Definitely will go back here if we need a one day crash before or after my next flight to/from Soetta. Thank you so much! Both me and my best friend love love love our very short stay on your hotel!
