It was a nice hotel, good service, and we would coming back and stay there again when we visit Merauke. I'd suggest that may be they can make it non-smoking area inside the building as it is full of air condition. Thank you.

The hotel is only about 10 minutes from Mopah airport Merauke. Staff are very friendly and efficient. The amenities provided in room are good and the bed is very comfortable. If they pay a bit more attention with the cleanliness then it would be even better. The food served in the hotel were of average but it is Merauke so they are very good here. Breakfast is not bad just don't expect the standard of international hotel chain. I think this is currently your best bet in Merauke.

About 15 minutes distance by car from airport. Good clean hotel with nice friendly staffs. Variety of menu available at hotel restaurant and breakfast selection. Location-wise not favorable to the cite with facing main load. small super market store is available just beside hotel. crocodile skin product show is located just across the road in front of hotel.

overall cleanliness was fine, except my bathroom in room 146 had a semi clogged drainage, making shower water drained slowly.

Wallpaper is coming off the walls in certain parts of the hotel, such as the gym and the hall way. Paint is coming off the wall on certain parts of the ceiling, such as the staircase. The window in my room was not properly attached. I was leaning against it, and the whole window frame moved outwards, not being properly attached at the top. The shower had no hot water. The internet did not properly work - I was not able to connect any Apple device, only my one Android device would connect. I called for a repair guy regarding the internet issue, but he was clueless. All in all, the room was rather overpriced for the shape this hotel is in. Major restoration needed.

Stay as above my expactations. Staf was very good from check in to breakfast. Staff who clean up room was fantastic. Only strange things is that the safe was not attached but loose. Easily to pick up the safe.

쥬니어 스위트룸을 아고라를 통해서 USD226.94불(모든TAX포함) 정도의 가격으로 투숙하였으나 실제 호텔에서 제시한 가격보다 높음 호텔에 소속된 스파의 품질은 최저로 평가됨 스파중에 직원은 전화받으러 가야하고 잡다한 일을 같이하면서 스파를 진행하고 있으며 팁을 강해하고 있슴. 조식은 형편없슴.(매일 똑같은 메뉴) 호텔의 수건은 흰색이긴하나 황토물이 들어 지저분하고 얼룩제거가 제대로 되어있지 않았슴 하지만 이곳에서 가장 깨끗하고 고급스로운 호텔이므로 선택의 여지가 없는것이 좀 아쉽다 개선의 방법은 없는 것 같다 스파이용은 하지 않는 것이 좋을 것 같다
