Lack of detail and less choice of breakfast”
One of the best facilitated hotels I stayed with spacial room and comfortable bed. However, a lot of details in the room was overlooked. eg: Shower spray was placed direct to the user. If an user directly switches on, cold water will direct purge on the user. Shampoo has much lower content level than shower gel that will give impression to a user that shampoo has been used by previous tenant. Air con directly blows to the head of tenant which is not so nice. Very limited choice of breakfast. No egg station which should be a standard for a hotel.

The best part of my stay was the breakfast at hotel, the choice of items were good and the taste was real good. Only thing I did not like was the absence of kitchen facilities although I booked suite room, not even a microwave was available. There was issue with TV also, it requires disconnecting power cable and connecting again everyday which I discovered when the room service was fixing the issue, they just did the same thing.

This is not my first stay in Swiss-belhotel and the hotel still exceeds my expectations. the room was clean and had an amazing sea view, the receptionist was very helpful and nice. Walking distance to the Seef & Al Aali Malls. For sure I will book again in this hotel.

Bad experience ”
The hotel overall is an avrage. It doesn’t worth what I have paid. I had bad experience with this hotel. The AC was broken in the middle of the night, the temperature was ridiculously increasing. After complained, the AC resumed to work after a few hours. No compensation had been offered to me.
