Smells inside and out ”
We stayed in the lagoon room which was big and spacious with great air con however smelled strongly of damp, sliding doors didn't work and the pool attatched to the room was full of dead insects and leaves - not an enjoyable experience. The restaurant had no air con and was unbearably hot with the yogurt curdling and flies all over the fruit - we only used the restaurant for the breakfast and went to the Hilton down the road for dinner (which is amazing). They put on a nice little barbecue one night which was ruined slightly by the odour from the pool. The hotel is rather isolated but there is useful free shuttle to and from Bali collection shopping centre and Geger Beach. Pictures are slightly deceiving, hotel was not at all as luxurious as expecting.

The location is quite far from the beach but the provided bus to take you to the beach. also the location is quite far from central nusa dua and the main road to this hotel was verrrryyyy dark at night. The swimming pool in a good conditions but not very large. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was standart.

Great value for money hotel, would consider returning as the hospitality excellent! everyone spoke good english and were always happy to go above and beyond. Thank you to all the staff at the Swiss-Belhotel Segara. It really was a pleasure.

Nice Hotel with Good Facilities...”
Hotel is quiet big ,Rooms were spacious with a nice balcony... Breakfast spread was good also. Swimming pool is quiet good Hotel offers photo shoot also which is a good feature there...Has a small shop also within the hotel to buy all ur other stuffs.. Transportation is Recommended to take from hotel

Satisfied with room ”
We only stayed here to go to a friend's wedding. Our room was upgraded so we had direct access to the swimming pool. While this was novel it did make the room smell a little damp. Overall the stay was fine.

LOVELY HOTEL Swiss-Belhotel Segara”
We had very relaxing time at the hotel. Staff was probably the best thing in this hotel, that and lovely breakfast every morning. Pool was very clean and whole place real clean and well taken case of. Rooms could of been bit bigger and cleaner but hey it's Bali - not home!! Overall very nice place and we are coming back in July again!! :)

Very good”
We booked the Lagoon access rooms, great rooms and an excellent pool. We had a problem in two rooms with AC not working but the hotel was prompt in having them repaired. Breakfast had a great selection of both Western and Indonesian foods available and the restaurant itself was very good. The only very slight complaint we had was that on check in we were given a "free drink" voucher and as the bags were being taken to our rooms we were given a welcome drink in the lobby which is standard at any resort...we were then asked for the vouchers back as we had apparently just used them!! I usually stay in Sanur so Nusa Dua ia too far away from everything for me but for someone who likes staying at the resort and enjoying the facilities then this is a great option. Close via shuttle bus to "Bali collection" a large group of shops/ restaurants. Geger beach is well worth a visit..if only to marvel at the "Mulia resort" which is next door .

Overrated Isolated Hotel”
Hotel very isolated from any bars and restaurant, except Gregar Beach, which also required taxi and bars were limited and awful, Beach itself was coral potted and virtually unswimmable. The main pool at Hotel had been treated and was a disqusting green and which we were assured by reception staff was fit for swimming. Upon tel. call to manager, signs were posted indicating "pool treated and unfit for use".. Not one person used it during our stay and it remained green the 5th day we left. Breakfast was absolutely forgettable and continually ran öut due to pushy asians. No variety, no rotation, no food. Visitors yelling and screaming until 3am......, wonderful. Prices for alcohol and food was total rip off, especially the äll you can eat B-B-Q, lacking in everything. The so called shuttle bus to the beach and Bali Collection did not pick us up , then driver wanted money to return us to hotel '''''Free Shuttle?'''..Boring place and after the prices we saw at Bali Collection, we went to Kuta.. Room facilities tired and bed side board was falling off. Would not stay there again.
