Location in center KL..1 min to KPJ Tawakkal..Beside got Restaurant Haslam & Dapur Sarawak..Got Kedai Runcit n 99 end of shoplot..Parking is limited, in front of Hotel..Luckily we alwayss got parking..Staff is very friendly n helpful..I ask to change Bedsheet, because itchiness.They change n clean the room. Will repeat again..This is my 2nd time stay here..

Must stay this hotel 3 times per years for young kids check-up at IJN. Affordable price & strategic place. No lift for this hotel, but if have wheelchair/disable person can request lower floor room. Just the toilet cleanliness need to improve (3/5 stars) . lots of restaurant mamak / malay food / indonesia / indian / secret recipe / starbuck..pharmacy, hospital KPJ, clinics & convenience store very close, can go by walk.

Comfortable room but aircon too cold”
Room is comfortable but aircon is to cold even at highest setting. Can hear ice building up in aircon and breaking when turning off. Changed room on 2nd day but same thing

I've stayed here twice in the last 2 weeks, while having eye surgeries done (1 eye one weekend, the other eye the following weekend). Originally booked the Bunker down the road, as it looked so much nicer... but the Bunker is ***CLOSED*** for extended renovation (even though I had booked and pre-paid for the room!!!) So I wound up here because I wanted/needed something close. It is a small, old-style hotel, very simple rooms, very simple facilities. But if you need something right by KPJ Takkawal, it is perfect AND the staff was just absolutely wonderful and accommodating.

Super dirty and got robbed”
The room itself could be not that bad but unfortunately it's way too dirty/broken to be good. Indeed, I stayed there few weeks, and tried different rooms at the beginning of my stay and all rooms were dirty, lot of spider webs, some hair on the bed, the floor, shower.. But the worst is the bathroom, shower not clean, toilet with pee, cigarette butts (in the shower or under/behind the bed).. For my first room I even asked to the staff if I was arrived too early and if the room wasn't cleaned yet but for them it was cleaned already... Oh and have cockroaches as well times to times.. (I guess it's pretty common here and it's worst when the place isn't clean properly). So the housekeeping isn't great at all and they won't clean your room unless you ask to the staff to do it, and sometimes even if you do so, nobody clean it... My last room, where I stayed most of my time, the handle of the bathroom's window was broken so you can't really close the window, the airing broken as well. I tell to the staff and someone should come and fix it. Well someone definitely came in my room when I wasn't there because he stole my tablet/laptop but the broken stuffs were still unfixed. You read correctly, I got robbed there. As I said someone should come to my room check the broken things and I asked for a cleaning as well because I was out of the hotel for few days.. So it was a good timing for them to do that. When I came back, the room wasn't clean, nothing fixed and my laptop gone. I directly tell that to the staff and I had a meeting with the owner itself the next day to talk about this event. The owner told me he will check the cctv and see with his staff.. I had to go to the police office to report what's happened, they requested the cctv and made an investigation (still on-going). Of course the hotel doesn't assume the responsibility of that steal even if it's happened under their watch, and even if the hotel has cctv and a staff member 24h at the front desk. So to conclud
