Location, helpful staff
Room okey, bit old, seen better hotels for the money, breakfst was not that good, lobby bar staff basiclly throwed us out at 0100. Tour desk, one guy was sleeping and the guy who tried to attend to us was on his personal mobile phone during the talk, very very very annoying! However the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful, cudos!

Nice hotel
Nice breakfast buffet
the hotel is ok, but the room is so small. the carpet looks bit dirty. u cant get good food during night. the aircon is not so good also. the only thing i like is the breakfast buffet, its good and u have alot of choices. staff are friendly and accomodating.

Great location from massage place and food place!!
Hotel staff greet us with a smile which I liked it.
Great location actually. It's quite near to bukit bintan a place for massage and lots of cafe and bars. It's a 5min walking distance from the hotel. It's also near the food paradise too.. Overall the hotel view is good and the staff was friendly too. Great place.. Will come back again.

Well, this is not really not good. and when i am check in and not have welcome drink for 31 Desember last day of the year. and not have smile . and not talking friendly. when my friend want to take shower not have even have big tower inside and also i call the operator , and bring the tower for an hour , so long bring the tower. because we are have not time for prepare the time go for new year night . and already 4 stars and without WIFI .for this times....? not happy with the this hotel. Thanks From Indonesia .

It is a decent hotel . Plumbing is old and if in today's World one has to keep holding the toilet flush handle Till the pot is cleared then this hotel needs To upgrade as new hotel which is cleaner and Much cheaper has opened opposite . It's called The sky express .

Fantastic Location, Friendly Services and Presentable Room
I am most pleased with the service from the staff of Swiss Garden. Though it may not have the luxury of an 5 stars hotel, the staff gives a 5 star service to the guest. Do not expect 5 stars rooms and amenities though these are acceptable.

Great Location
Located at the heart of KL City. Within walking distance to Bukit Bintang and Berjaya Times Square
The room is very clean although a bit old. Room inclusive of breakfast. Breakfast is fairly ok. Front desk staff is quite helpful but the service level can be improve further.

lukewarm service, hotel keycard didn't work.
nice room.
it could have been better - the room was nice, however the service was lukewarm, we got there late and was told there were only 2 rooms left and couldn't get our upgrade for a third bed until the next day. the hotel keycard didnt seem to work for the third day we were there, it was nye.
