i have a 4nights stay from 25th to 29th sept22 the experience were fantastic. Staffs are polite and helful. The room is spacious, clean and comfy. The roof top sauna, jaccuzi and pool well maintained and clean. hotel location perfect and just abt 5km to genting highlands. you can either take private run shuttle bus or grab car rm$15 to rm$20. Half way to premium outlet rm$10. Hotel nearby there are lots of eateries and resturants all kind of local foods with reasonable price. you can easily also travel down to KL, batu cave ard rm$1200-$150. Highly recommended and or alternate place if not a must to stay at genting highlands. For myself, definitely will stay at Swiss Garden.

The hotel was close to convenient stores such as 99 Speedmart & Watsons (walkable distance). Near to Starbucks also. Many restaurants that are family-friendly. The hotel itself are accomodating. Have an awesome views and the swimming pool was at the rooftop with very nice scenery! Rooms were spacious except the towels they provide, not that clean. Can easily see the stains all over the towels. Other than that, superb!

The food also nice. The room is clean. We got the room with mountain view and we love it! But one thing need to be extra cautious, the window cannot be locked and as a parent please please make sure our kids not so excited to sit and play around the sofa. Please watch out!

👍🏻The view is superb, easy access to halal restaurant. breakfast was nice. what i like the most is the pool facility, kids friendly. the changing room is clean 👎🏻 as most in the review, we had the same experience with the lift. waited almost 30mins to get into the lift from the pool (40th floor) to 3rd floor 👎🏻i have requested for a simple deco for my husband's birthday (or notify me if its chargeable), but nobody informed me upfront there's no such service. but its okay, i was fine with that 👎🏻 wifi not working during our stay

Since it is approximately halfway up Genting Highlands, it is good location to stay if you are planning to visit both Genting Highlands AND local attractions around the Kuala Lumpur area. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Hotel was located within 3 min walk from the local eateries. Checking in and out was a breeze. Breakfast buffet is good too (wide selection). Downside is the lift waiting time between 10am-12 noon where most of the guests are checking out and lifts are locked by attendants for their use (I think is housekeeping). Not easy to book grab car (for 6 seater) to and fro themepark. For larger families, suggest you book 2 cars (4 seater) that has slightly more cars available. Overall a good experience with Swiss-Garden.

Location is great! Got free parking too for hotel guest. The swimming pools are terrific and have sauna room too! We can enjoy swimming regardless of the chilly weather up there. Bring your kids here! They will be enjoying the pool just like my kids!

Checked in at 3pm, put all luggages in the room, drove to Genting Highland, back to hotel at 10pm, very quiet, nice shower, water closet is comfort, slept at 1am with excellent night view and soft mattress, woke up at 8am and had the breakfast buffet at 5th floor, brought the kids the swimming pool at level 41 and water is warm enough, returned to room and checked out at 12pm. Just lack of convenient store and have to walk 5-10min to nearest shoplot

Swiss Garden would have been the best hotel if it could improve on it F/B service. Food choice and taste did not meet a 5 star standard, not even 2 star.

Pros : - the picture in this hotel are really not like what it seem to be, the room are actually really really big ! it is more like a master bedroom in a 2 million condominium. - you have to come and see it for yourself. - the room are really clean since it still new. - the toilet design are nice and really cool . - breakfast are just nice . - facilities in this hotel are truly amazing. - sauna room are really huge. - they have three big pool which is really awesome. - they separate the lap pool and kids pool . - the kids pool are heated ! so dont worry about cold .. your kids can jump in and have fun even in cold weather. Cons: - there is a bit cons in this hotel . - the parking area are close when we arrived so we have to park the car at the tenants parking lot area and we have to walk a bit far to go to the hotel lift. - the lift to the top floor took quite abit challanging because you have to take three lift to get up there

Few minutes walk to eateries and shops. About 5mins drive to Awana Skyway at Premium outlet. Breakfast spread is good enough for us. We went during weekday and low season, not crowded and not long waiting line etc.

Nice view being uphill. All of the staff from guard, receptionist, housekeeping, gardener, restaurant staff, all of them are really helpful and giving the best service ever. They respond very fast and always up to our request. Room is very clean and spacious. I stay at 31st floor and at night I can feel the breeze when opening the window. But i think if coming with children, you need to be extra careful and always pay attention to child since there are big lounge behind the big window. This place are near to Petron and Starbuck.

Because of circumstances out of control we booked this hotel via the net and arrived 60mins later. What a delightful welcoming hotel. The lobby bright clean and spacious. The staff very helpful. Our room was on the 22nd floor looking up to Genting Highland Resort and wonderfully relaxing view both day and night. The swimming pool and observation deck on the 42nd floor is breathtaking, so clean and welcoming. I have to say we travel extensively all over the world and this hotel is definitely in our top 5. Well done to all the staff who keep this hotel running. The hotel taxi driver Beng is a very good driver as was the shuttle bus driver up to the Outlet and also the bus depot. From here you can get the spectacular sky way up the mountain to Genting. Highly recommended and extremely cheap.

We stayed in the Deluxe room for 2 nights, arrived late on Friday evening (7pm) and checked out early on Sunday morning (8am). Checking in and out was quick. No problems with waiting for lifts since we leave the hotel early in the morning (to go Genting) and come back late. Room was clean enough and spacious. Bathroom and toilet is clean enough too without any funky smell. TV channels is limited to about four Vision 4 channels and the rest are local TV channels. Not smart TV so can't screen mirror from your own devices. The only problem is I booked a double bed but was given two single beds. Not a big problem though. Overall it was pleasant enough stay and will consider returning again.
