          The wifi is not function as expected, no tables for doing work, the aircond is leaking. Staff checking is too slow. And, when the tour guide come, can cut queve when check in.

          It is a place that you would expect. It is comfortable and spacious. If you need a place to just sleep in because your day is pack with activities, then the room would be good. As I think the basic things is available from microwave, fridge and they have a nice toilet. I love the toilet design. Carpark need to pay for RM10 for your stay there, doesnt matter how many nights you stayed in the hotel.

          Overall is a pleasant experience. Buffet breakfast good spread. Compliments to the chefs who made efforts to prepare vegetarian options in the Swiss Garden Hotel. Room for improvement for the kitchen utensils not complete and could not cook. Housekeeping on second day not on time to make up the beds and provide clean towels.

          Although the room is big & the building is well designed. But, it has seems better days. Neglect is very apparent. There do not seems to have any maintenance protocol. When we checked into the room, clearly, it has not been cleaned as there were dust on everything we touched. There were rubbish (through out our 3 days stay) outside our front door. No one bothered to sweep the common area (room levels). Wi-fi is shared not room-dedicated as claimed by front desk. Signal is very weak which makes work very challenging. Wardrobe door was jammed, cannot be opened, no access to room-safe. Took several calls & going down to the front desk before getting an answer. Calls ring right through before they connect to another extension which also rings right through. Duty personnel pushes everything to the day shift as we overheard them telling other guests same answer as they gave us. This place epitomizes slack & indifference. No one seems to be driven by customer-centricity.

          Apartment is spacious with living and dining hall. Carpark needs to be improved to widen the exit & entrance slopes. Very difficult to manoeuvre for big cars. Place a little worn down with not much of facilities.

          poor security, parking entrance was hard to find, bad bathing facilities”
          Firstly, my brother's phone was almost robbed by two person riding a motorcycle. Luckily, it was connected with the charging device and the phone was dropped to the floor. Secondly, the location was confused with Swiss garden hotel and we missed the carpark and had to drive extra distance to go back. The car park need to be paid, although it cost only RM10 for the whole stay, however, it takes time to complete the process. The sky bridge across the road has several people sleeping there. The elevator to the breakfast restaurant was always out of order. The room's hot water was not working properly and the water was always cold. There were good side also. Such as they have sauna, nice swimming pool, spacious room. However, the price that I pay has a lot of better and cheaper choice around the area.

          We stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed our stay overall but breakfast experience was not that good as waiters didnt seem to be bothered when we asked to clean table and even was completely ignored at one point. Chefs cant even cook a fried egg without breaking the yolk. Location of hotel was good as almost everything was at walking distance and breakfast had alot of options to choose from.
