                TOTALLY UNSATISFIED ”
                Totally unacceptable as two points below. 1. Disturbing by a stranger in the mid night. I slept at the night, and suddenly there is attempted to access by a stranger into my room around 2.30am. The people try to enter it by using their card. I am so scared with the situation, and I shout at it. They maybe get shock on my voice and leave the room. After 10 minutes, the people accompany with SWISS INN HOTEL staff come again and try to enter again to my room. I feel uncomfortable and shout again very loudly. They finally leave. I called to the receptionist and the staff tell me "THEY ARE WRONGLY KEY IN THE ROOM NUMBER", which mean that they supported to stay room besides, but staff accidently write down my room number. This really make me very depression and uncomfortable for the whole night. 2. There is a BED BUG on the bed. I had taken some photos and proved to the manager of the hotel in the next day. This mean that the bed is dirty and I doubt that they may not change the bedsheet every time. As a overall, I am very unsatisfied to the room conditions and the staff careless attitude. I request the manager to fully refund to me. He tried to give a free voucher for the next staying as he explained fully refund is complicated due to involve in third parties. But I promised myself I won't stay at the place anymore as I feel is unsecured and disgusting room conditions. After a day, the manager phoned to me to ask me to write a complaint to Agoda website, so that they only can refund to Agoda agent, and finally refund to me.

                Small room, need own transport”
                Book 2bedroom suite but was given 2 standard room instead due to over book. 1 room was ready while the other was not cleaned at 4.30pm when we check in. but staff at reception was helpful to immediately housekeep the room. Housekeeper only knock once for housekeeping and they just open the door without permission. lack of privacy. this is unacceptable. Room is very small and you need transport to reach there. no cafe or shophouse nearby. good enough for just 1 night stay.

                Hotel is 5-10 mins journey from CIQ by taxi, depending on traffic situations. We came in at 2am therefore smooth journey. Hotel was a "ghost town" at midnight. Lobby was dark. No one was at the counter to great/welcome the guests. Had to call out the staff from their back-office. Staff was polite and accommodating. Room wise, was clean. Comfortable bed. Aircon working well. Tv channels could do better; very limited. Nothing much to watch. Did not provide toothbrush/toothpaste. Lucky we bought ours. Little tubes of shampoo and soap given. Wifi connectivity was fine. Able to watch videos smoothly under low resolution. Peaceful floor, able to sleep well. Check-out time had to call staffs again from their back-office as no one is at the counter. No other issues. Me and husband had a wonderful stay. Will be back for future stay-cation for sure. Recommended, definitely.

                this is a very nice budget hotel located in JBCC.. mere 15mins walking to Komtar and City square! they do provide free shuttle van to Komtar and city square! breakfast is normal buffet but with super cheap price RM18!
