Best family resort”
There are free activities on the location such as horse riding, archery, sheep feeding. You don't have to pay money for said activities. The room is really nice. I recommend Hawaiian pizza (homemade) for dinner

Great place with super friendly & great hospitality staffs that will pamper you in any way they could. Breakfast is ok but really like the traditional Thai coffe & tea in the morning that reallly have a good touch. Activities for kids (sheep feeding, horse riding etc) are great and free!

New normal”
Since COVID pandemic, the restaurant is closed and resort offers us to had all meal at our place. However the resort didn't prepare the diner table at rooms. So we had to eat on floor. Although there was a table and chairs which can be using for dining but it is outside the villa. There was bugs and chairs were stain and cause dirty on shirts. The staffs were very kind and helpful. The outdoor facilities were still beautiful and well maintain

Living in Animal Farm”
Horses, sheep, rabbits, swans, and chickens can be found in the area. Although the space is beautiful, it lacks flexibility. It is suitable for a couple only, not for a family with children and elderly persons.

Unique and beautiful room”
The room is very unique and beautiful, but the services from the staff is very random. Some staff are very nice, some are ok. We always find ourselves having to tell staff to help us with activities since there's no staff at the station (ride horse, feed sheeps)

Mixed feelings - Strange resort”
There are quite a few things that I wouldn't recommend this resort. - We booked pool villa, but our room didn't have the nice bathtub as in the picture, just a stand alone one. - Phone in the room didn't work. - Staff didn't speak English, was very difficult to communicate. Staff although nice really need more training. - The big pool and surrounding area was very dirty and stinky (near the archery place) - Decoration in the room is overwhelming but that's personal preference. - No other restaurant nearby except for one by the premise. After 2 dinners there, I felt like aching and very tired, probably reaction from too much MSG. Overall, the property seems like having better days.

Everything is included!”
If your kids like to pet animals, this is a right place for you. We stayed two nights in Swiss Valley. We had a beautiful unit decorated nicely like some Europian village houses. We also had barbecue on our roof top so we could order marinated chicken and beef and set up our own barbecue. Petting animals and archery were included. Our kids loved house riding, Sheeps and rabbits very much.

Pros 1. Staff are well trained and excellent on services. 2. Prompt assistance and willing to help from staff. 3. Beautiful landscape, view from the upper deck of your room is break taking. 4. Great range of activities. 5.Room is well decorated, unique and very specious. 6.Room is very clean and well maintained. 7. Very peacful place and beautiful. 8. Well designed resort with its own character. Corns 1.Pricey for Ratchaburi 2. Very remote location and difficult to find the restaurants around , and you need a car to get around. 3. Restaurant needs BIG improvement i.e Breakfast choices and quality of food offers to the guest for the price of the room per night and availability of food choices for dinner as food items always not available on the menu for 4 days stayed. 4. And if you bring your own food items, you will be charged 500 Bath per day just to light up the Barbecue station. Despite that the restaurant has no food available to serve you as your preferred choice. 5. Food taste bad like a low quality street food which is contradicting the price you are paying per night. 6. Very dark around the resort at night and this might pose a concern for security to the guests. 7. Swimming pool was closed for the whole duration of my stayed.( 4 days 3 nights) 8. Overall I find it is too expensive for the price per night and all the facilities should always be opened when there are guests in the resort. 9. You need a car to get to the resort and get around the area. I stayed in the resort with the family for 4 days and 3 nights. Staff were excellent and very attentive when you needed them. Appalling for the restaurant quality and food choices, considering that is not a cheap resort in a remote location, and there are no restaurants around within walking distance. I loved the resort however, will think twice of going back there for the above reasons. Staff are excellent and so sweet!! I am very well traveled and working for the Airlines.

You can enjoy holiday here. Full of facilities - swimming pool, fitness, feeding sheep, riding horse, archery, put golf. Various rooms type available for you, can sleep on the rooftop or small party there. Very friendly staff. Sit in the middle of Suan Phung.
