Elevator efficient quick. Great convenient location. No flat sheet under duvet which was not changed for 6 days, Room cleaner (?) left urine did not flush upon our return to hotel room on first day.

All is great except the housekkping service. After spending 2 nights I asked for housekeeping to clean my room. Upon my return to my room, the sheets and pillow covers were not even changed but just tidied. And what's worse....I was resting when someone 're repeatedly knock on my door. When I opened it, it was the housekeeper who told me that she had left her room access card key and just pulled it out of the key slot and walked away. Saw the name DUAN on the key when she was pulling it off from.the holder which I didn't even realise was not mine.

Swissôtel Amsterdam is located at the centre of amsterdam! You can easily reach the main attraction. H&M is just beside this hotel! They do bike rental also! I will surely come back here!

AWESOME, Convenient Hotel!”
A friend and I stayed overnight at this hotel - it is in a PERFECT location to see many sights in Amsterdam! Close walking distance to museums, food, and shopping. Staff is friendly and SUPER helpful, and the rooms were AMAZING! Loved it; will totally be staying here in future visits to Amsterdam!

We arrived in Amsterdam at 6 am so the room was not ready. The concierge was very helpful, she took down our phone number, suggested us on where to go for breakfast and called us when the room was ready. The room size was not big, we are Asians and we find it small :) the location is great, right on dam square. From the outside it looks like an old building but once you're in, the rooms are clean and new. We would recommend this hotel for convenience.

Great location in the heart of Amsterdam”
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. Upon arrival as I was early they went out of there way to get me into a room as soon as they could, was much appreciated after a 20 hour flight. The beds and pillows have got to be the comfiest I have ever slept on, amazing. And as for the location, step out the front door and your right in the middle of everything, great restaurants, Dam square, and shopping. Next time I am in Amsterdam this will be my hotel of choice.

Great hotel, located nearby shopping centres, restaurants, Dam Square as well as boat piers to go around Amsterdam on canal cruise. The rooms is quite big compared to the other hotels in Amsterdam that has limited space.

Very close to Madame Tussaud just across the street. Main station (Amsterdam Central) is just few minutes walking from hotel. Room condition is clean and spacious enough, receptionist/hotel staff was very friendly and full of smile. I will comeback again to this hotel when visit Amsterdam. :)

Nice hotel at excellent location”
Location can't be better in Amsterdam, right on Dam square, walking distance from most of the tourist attractions as well as from central train station. Lots of restaurants all around hotel, so food never a problem. Breakfast much better as compared to normal european standard. Great front desk and very helpful staff, ready to help with everything. Stayed in Premium Room, room size big as compared to normal european standard. Overall an excellent stay for us. Only issue we encountered : the hotel information book in room mentions room service available during certain hours, but, we called up only to realize that hotel does not have any room service, even during the hrs mentioned in the hotel information book. Otherwise a highly recommended hotel for tourists and business travellers.

Was just ideal for what we wanted, reasonable price for Amsterdam, we had a nice quiet room, and Amsterdam was at our door, turn right for shopping, left for the old town.

Wonderful hotel in a great location”
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this wonderfully located hotel. Hotel was just short walk from central station and shopping/pubs/restaurants. Staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. Room was clean n comfortable. Def will stay here again when I next visit Amsterdam!

Amazing Location”
I have stayed for two nights in January. The location of the hotel is just in the heart of Dam. Everything is just few minutes walk from the hotel. The room was clean and organized but the size was small but this is normal in Amsterdam. I would come back to this hotel in the future.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location”
We found this hotel to be excellent for our stay, right in the middle of Amsterdam, close to all the attractions, most comfortable beds we have found during out 1 month holiday. Excellent staff that went out of their way to make sure everything was done they possible could. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.
