Great location close to everything. Short walk to Chinatown, Darling Harbour, Circular Quay and public transport. Luxurious stay, love the coffee machine in the room and that it's got both shower and bath.
Nice Location and Good Staff”
This is a return stay in the hotel. Good location and well trained staff. Room is decent size and well maintained. Majority of international flights arrive Sydney in the morning. It is understandable that rooms may not be ready for the guests after all check in time is after 2PM. The hotel does accommodate early check in for guests if and when the rooms are available. One suggestion for the management would be to set up a small lounge for guests to rest and freshen up while waiting for their rooms. It will be a nice touch as most international guests would have had a long flight and some of them might not want to wander around in the city that early in the morning. Just a suggestion.
Very close to shopping area. Just beside the Westfield Shopping Mall. 5 mins walk to St James station. Got a birthday cake on my birthday. So thoughtfull. When I checked out, they charged us for using premium wifi, which might be my kid who used it, because I didnt use their wifi service at all. But the manager waived this. Thank you.

Right in the heart of CBD, directly side opposite to QVB, almost everywhere was within reasonable walking distance! The only small comment was required to take 2 lifts - from ground to lobby then lobby to room!
Awesome location for a shopping trip at Sydney”
Superb location. Not only it's located in the mids of the shopping malls, it's also mind walking to the train station, 20-30mins walking to Darlington harbour, Chinatown, Opera house. Comfy bed, clean room. For the price, I think it's really worthwhile. The gym facilities can be improved though. It only comes with 1 bench, 1 strength machine & 4 cardio machines. Way too small for a 5 star hitel

KC from Concierge and Jennifer from the receptionist are the best. Super friendly, helpful, and accomodating. If you are visiting for a short trip. This hotel is the one. Super closed everywhere and easily accessible. The room is spacious and clean. Great trip and will go back again.

Peaceful luxury in the heart of the city”
Very convenient location near to all the major attractions, and yet quiet and peaceful. We appreciated being given an early check-in and a corner room. Staff were always helpful and friendly.
I’ve been to Sydney every year and this is the best stay we have by far at Swissotel. The location is prime, could not be more convenient in the heart of Pitt St shopping mall. Every staff member is super friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is another good thing I love. All in all, love the stay and would recommend to everyone.
My room is smaller than what it's supposed to be”
My family booked 3 rooms at this hotel, 1 Premier King bed room & 2 Premier Twin Rooms which are supposed to be the same size. However, the premier king bed room is much smaller and the king-sized bed is actually 2 smallest bed put together & that's so uncomfortable. Not just the bed, the room is much smaller, the cupboard is much smaller too. There's no prior notification from the staff about this condition, very disappointing.

I attended the State Theatre for a show and stayed at the Swissôtel which is across the road. It is such a convenient location and I would recommend it to everyone. The staff are friendly and you can have a view across Darling Harbour and a late checkout to really enjoy your stay!
Worst customer service ”
The lobby assistance staff miss Jackie was not all helpful. No one from the entire lobby could assist on a simple request for both rooms to be direct transferred to our room assigned via the group booking from Singapore for period 8th to 10th May 2019, 1) room 1610 , 2) room 1112, We have pre checked in 7th May 2019 under Agoda booking. It was quite a disappointment that hotel staff are not helping. The replied from hotel staff was “there is nothing shown in the system, no records of our names, hence nothing could be done” The hotel staff Jackie could have gone the extra mile to help liaise or assist us further with Tour reservation Miss Adrianne or tour in charge whom will be arriving 8am on 8th May 2019.

Couldn’t fault the staff, very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious with a good view. Fell in love with the bed and pillows the most comfortable bed. The location is central to everything would be more then happy to stay again.

Bed are super comfy. Location was superb. Extremely near to Westfield and Myer. Easy access for food and train. It is my first stay and will definitely return. They offered "turn-down" service which soothes your evening after a tire working day. I am really happy with my stay

Train from Airport is perfect”
Perfectly located on the train from the airport with no transfers required, took less than half an hour from baggage collection to the hotel lobby, with an easy walk with baggage. But best to avoid peak hour on the trains
