Good housekeeping staff, amenities ok, comfortable bed and pillows
The check-in took too long. We were staying at the executive suite so there's lounge privilege. Very small area and rather cramped. The food is descent but not that great compared to the other 5* hotels I've stayed at. Breakfast is also not as good as it used to be. Sky high building so there's some wait time for the lifts. Most staff is courteous and very helpful. The housekeeping staff are excellent even those who spoke very little english are respectful and did a very good job tidying our mess of a room everyday. The front desk and night manager handle difficult guests with much grace and respect. The concierge service could use some improvements though. The beds are really nice and the pillow menu is a nice touch. Try the Swiss pine pillow, the stress free pillow and the microgel pillow.

Great service, Good location, Pleasant
was transiting in singapore and decided to stay at swissotel the stamford hotel. i'm glad i made the right choice! was upgraded for free to a bigger room and the service provided by the staff was very professional! will stay here again when i'm back in singapore!

Located in the heart of the city, near to mrt station, rafless mall & bugis junction
I add S$30 per night and they give me best harbour view room... I have very pleasant stay there

Booked it during Christmas and when we tried checking in at 4pm, told us that room was not ready and we had to come back at least 5pm. Quite disappointed. Gave us free complimentary drinks at the lobby lounge while we all waited. Asked for a late checkout but couldnt accede coz they were tight the following day. Basically, we didnt even get to utilise the room at the duration we paid for, coz we checked in only past 5pm and had to get out by 12pm. Got the Harbour View king room at 22nd floor and the view was amazing! Having a balcony is sooo great! Room was smaller than the twin bedded rooms. Beds are very comfy and room and toilet generally clean. But could do better if you still want to classify it a 5-star hotel.
