Great location but very old furniture”

Location is great, just 5 mins walk from Museum train station. However the furniture in the room is very old. Aircon leaked on the first night. After informing the hosts, they had rectified the next day. Do note that there is cleaning fees charged in addition to the room charges. Despite the great location, I feel that this room is too expensive especially with the additional cleaning fees charges.
