Great place in quite area”
I really loved that it had a gym & quiet space to get work done. It also has 2 large common area and a full kitchen plus a laundry room. Close enough to downtown Sydney while in a quiet area just a short walk away from Westfield mall and across the street is a convenience store. The only thing I felt they needed was more cleaning staff. It's a big facility (doesn't feel that big at all but it does have a ton of rooms). I felt the small amount of cleaning staff couldn't quite keep up with really cleaning in detail. It wasn't horrible dirty at all but I did notice that area was definitely lacking.

Value for money and very helpful staff”
I booked a twin room for three days and extended my stay there without hesitation. A nice place, friendly and helpful staff, and real value for money. I highly recommend this place and will consider it as first choice when coming back to Sydney at anytime.

Excellent”
The hotel is an alright place, no lift unfortunately. It takes more than 15mins to walk if you have luggage. Westfield at Burwood has everything but it closes at 5-6pm. So be careful. The heater is nice, and the bed is a little soft for me but it's ok for the price. The only powerpoint plug is near the TV which is really hard to access. If not just use the point near the microwave. The shared kitchen/facilities are well... shared so don't expect too clean. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Convient to Westfield and burwood station”
It is very convient to walk to station , and go out to Central and the harbour. But it is not always available for booking because students stay there when it is during school time.

it is clean to live there. Just one train stop from burwood to redfern. But it needs to walk more than 10 mins to reach the train station. the value for living is very good.

15 mins walking to Burwood station, Burwood to Central station 10 mins with the express train.Dear backpackers you don't get this kind of private room at this price in Kings Cross. But be aware of a bit of time going to the CBD, still doable tho

Disappointment”
The property is good as are the facilities, but my stay was marred by the noise at night. I pity anyone who has a room close to the common room as the noise from the young people there will prevent sleep until such time as they decide to go to bed but not before noisy conversations in the corridors and door slamming. Had to resort to earplugs to get to sleep. The kitchen facilities are very good but many people who use it at night leave unwashed pots, pans, plates and utensils which can be found as an unpleasant surprise for those coming for breakfast the next morning. Things are just left for the cleaning staff to deal with. Not a place for anyone who wants some quiet to relax, and I won't be back again

the shower was a little small but otherwise had a great showerhead, very relaxing settings, the room was easy to get to with only a small amount of stairs so not a struggle to get to with suitcases, and the staff were very helpful, we had had a rough night and needed to stay somewhere else last minute and it was honestly a blessing.

i stayed for 9 night there.extra 1 night from actual booking.shared toilet was clean..hostel around 15minutes walk to burwood station. hostel near to westfield shopping mall.everything okay and this hostel not for a fussy guest.if youre expect high class treatment.hostel not provided airport transfer service but they can help you to call a cab.staff is very helpful and nice.thanks to veronica,jamie,and 2guys that i dont know thoir name..cheer..

Comfortable ”
Stayed with my friend for 4 nights. Staff were very welcoming in showing us around the place and facilities. Room was clean, although pillows didn't smell very good and asked for replacement. -only one pillow provided pp. Asked for an extra towl but told no as they had none (even tho our room was across from the open linen cuboard and there were so many freshly folded towls avail) no bath mat provided so floor is very wet and slippery. Little noisy, doors to rooms loudly bang shut, so can hear ppl comming and going at any hour of the day. Not enough power points in the room and none in bathroom. Microwave was awesome and so was bar fridge but no kettle, strange cause room has a kitchenette? Plenty of storage space. Trundle under the bed. No air con but ceiling fan worked a treat. Lucky it wasn't too hot. Easy enough using the laundry and kitchen. Wifi wasn't amazing, dropped out and ran really slow. Over all pleasant stay, would recommend. A short term stay is easily done.

the hostel is near to Westfield shopping mall where you can buy supplies and have meals at the food court. it is near to a good steakhouse which serves a big portion per dish. No room cleaning service is provided.

It's okay if you want a hostel”
Generally, underwhelming. Would suit backpackers - adequate and good connection to city centre. Would be nice if they supplied a bathmat and changed out their pillows more often - I had to put one in the closet so I wouldn't have to smell it. Agoda should also explain how to get there - take Airport Train to Central Station and change trains for Burwood Station. Walk from Burwood Station to Apts is 1.1 km (or avg 14 mins).

Bed was comfortable, but room was too small for four adults to fit into without bumping into each other. Shared toilet was clean. Free internet in reception was useless.
