Amazing hotel on beach front”
Synergy was the best place we stayed during our trip to Thailand. We actually moved here from elsewhere after visiting its restaurant for a lunch as it was nicer than our original hotel. It is right on the beach front with two pools overlooking the sea and sun loungers on the beach. We also loved the free paddle board use. Our villa was lovely and spotlessly cleaned everyday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially Kevin at reception who helped attend to every need- upgrading our villa, booking restaurants and organising a room to shower after we had checked out. The buffet breakfast was delicious as was the hotel restaurant. We would love to return soon!

Great location but a bit pricey”
Due to the virus, my first reservation at a significantly less expensive place was cancelled and I booked Synergy because of a limited number of options. For 7 days of our 9 day stay we were the only guests so we were really pampered at breakfast time and felt very welcome. The accommodations are fine and Synergy is probably appropriately priced, but is more than I would normally spend. The gym was adequate for my partner and me as we only used the stationary bike and treadmill, but there are few options for weight lifters.

Chaweng for Stop&Go”
as for February 2022 many stores around Chaweng are closed. The Hotel offers motobike rentals, always best for moving around the Island. Lovely pool, beach access, tropical gardens, restaurant & bar.

Location on beach great. Service not great in food and bar area. Doors should be sturdy! Requested to be moved out of 2st room as day light could be seen through door frame. Very insecure doors. The Safe was not even secured to wall.

Pros - Very nice pool and beach. Cons - Everything. The rooms are small and not comfertable. Terrible aitcondition, smal rooms - no place for towels hanger, suitcase, toothbrush... The staff is not welcoming nor happy to serve. Breakfest is very basic. אל תגיעו למלון, לא זוג ולא משפחה.

Great beachfront hotel for great value”
I've stayed at Synergy Samui before with my boyfriend and now I've stayed there while traveling alone and both times have been great. It's hard to stress how nice and quiet the (small)resort is. It's close to everything but is set back from the street a bit. (It also has free parking right in front on the resort) The beach in front of the resort is, in my opinion, the best area in Chaweng and I've stayed in most places on Chaweng. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for hotel guest with bar and food service. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful and have awesome air con. I love this place and I will stay at Synergy Samui every time I visit Samui.

Sensational! Amazing staff made our stay beautiful”
Unforgettable! Loved everyday there. My husband and I travelled with our 19 month old son. The staff were so friendly and loved Zac (our son) and were really good with him. We were on our belated honeymoon but decided to also have another wedding ceremony on the beach at Synergy. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! Not only will I recommend Synergy to all my friends, but I will definitely return there again on my next trip to Koh Samui!

Small hotel worth its price”
The rooms are small bungalows, but they are clean and tidy. Staff is nice. We had the breakfast provided by the hotel, choice is limited but the staff offered us a complementary fried noodles and rice. Good location in Chaweng with 10 mins walk from the Central festival Samui. Easily assessed to beach in the hotel.

Amazing Beach Side Villa's”
This was my first time traveling abroad and a group of friends all decided to stay at Synergy. There was one couple and three single individuals. Each person was able to book their own Villa. They were some of the cleanest rooms I had the pleasure of staying in. For the price I paid I felt i get well above what I was paying for. The Villa Deluxe was mere steps away from the pools and beach and had a bathroom that matched the bedroom in size. The staff was friendly and attentive and were available for any needs 24 hours a day. When I go back I would plan on staying at this hotel again. I can not say enough good things about my stay there.

All we wanted”
Airport pick-up and drop was provided, as arranged. The Resort is a 15 minute drive from the airport. It has 30 cottages and we had booked a sea view room, which was fabulous. You could see a wide view of the beach and sea sitting right inside the room. My wife who took a couple of morning walks up and down Chaweng beach insisted that our resort was at the best part of the beach. The infinity pool with a walk up bar was well maintained. Breakfast had a reasonable assortment of items. Restaurant caters mainly to sea food lovers, and as vegetarians, we didn't have much choice. Restaurants and shopping areas are close by and the nightlife areas of Green Mango and Reggae Sois are at walkable distance. As the resort is small but has a large property, there is a lot of quiet and peace around. The immediate accessibility to the sea for a swim is a huge plus. Jet skis at 1000 Bht per 20 minutes and other boat rides were available within 50 metres of the resort. Overall it is a great place to stay if you don't mind the price (since less expensive accommodation next to the beach is also available nearby) but considering the facilities provided and standards maintained it is also good value for money. I would definitely go there again.

Great location on good part of the beach”
We had a great time at the resort and came back at the end of our vacation for a second stay. The breakfeast was ok, the restaurant was good - but with the choices on hand outside of the resort we only tried the restaurant two times during our stay. The hotel is on a good part of the beach (much better than the south of Chaweng beach). It is still some way south of the city center but close to some great restaurants and when you want to go in to the much busier center and you don't feel like walking there are taxis passing you by every 10 seconds. Recommended thai restaurants close by: Ninja Crepes for a cheap awesome brunch/lunch. Eat Sense and The Spirit House for dinner.
