Synsiri 5 Nawamin 96 offers a good and homy experience if you are traveling on budget. It is near "the mall" and with many thai food stalls around. My only comment is that, it has wrong pinned location on google maps. At first we cannot find it easily, but turned out to be just around the corner of soi 98.

Good place go stay for a night or two. Stayed here for a festival around the area. Room was clean, and price was affordable. Bed was comfy.7/11 right by the corner. Cons: window isn't really a window. Room 316 had lots of red ants in the bathroom. Shower was really weak, so i didn't feel too clean after showering. Overall it was an ok stay.

Bad internet connection, every day i have to ask the desk for new log-in and password. The room is ok for stay a feel day for business. Or just one night. Clean room and wc. Not separate shower. Old bed and mattress, i can feel spring! The cleaner did them job good. Some reception unwilling service.

The staff at the hotel are ok, but they don’t speak English at all, At least they had a translating app on their phone which helped. The standard room I originally booked was the way too small, like a closet without a window so I paid a bit extra for a bigger room. It was still small but at least there was a tiny window. Bathroom was tiny as well and you have to be careful to take a shower not to trip over the toilet. The bed was queen size, not really comfortable for two people at all. The room was clean but the aircon wasn’t working properly. I open the aircon lead to discover the aircon nets needed to be cleaned, they were filthy. So I cleaned them for the air to flow properly. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there is nothing around, no restaurants or any attractions. Luckily there was 7/11 near by. I ended up paying 800 baht for the room but you can find a better place to stay in a better location for this price.

Does exactly what it says on the tin!”
Basically, a budget solution. It is fairly remote with regard to any tourist infastructure. If you don't know why you would want to be in this particular area, then you probably shouldn't be - there is one bar, a 7/11 and everything is in Thai. If you can't manage Thai buses, taxis or sonthaews then you aren't going to be going very far. One for the adventurous. On the downside, the hotel does have a bit of an issue with street noise, as the nearby main road is a pretty fast track with some heavy vehicles at times. Proximity to the international airport, and Tesco head office are probably it's biggest selling points other than price.

Good sized rooms and great service”
Its a bit out of Bangkok city but still has some shopping areas and visiting areas around. It suited our purpose though when we were here. The rooms were reasonably big enough for two persons but well kept and great cheerful service by the lady who cleaned it daily for us. Its in a really nice and quite area all day. Polite staff.

Very clean with good wifi. 7/11 nearby as well. 10min walk to Synphaet hospital. Room cleaning lady arrives every day. Room has TV with few English channels. Room includes a working fridge, AC and water heater. Unfortunately, staff doesn't know english very well. Although, they were helpful and friendly. Hotel did not offer breakfast while we were there. There is a stagnant canal just in front of the hotel. Terrible smell comes from there, time to time.

Place is good for the value. Too bad location is quite far from MRT, the only way to get to here is by cab. (or bus or pickup van if you're able to speak in thai). 7eleven mart is nearby to grab quick snacks or other stuff. There are also few food stalls around. Nearest shopping mall would be Fashion Island & The Promenade, about 15 minute drive.
