Too loud”

I got a room next to the dining area of the hotel, with no previous warning, when all I needed was quiet. The noise woke me up way too early in the morning, it was so loud and inconsiderate, really horrible. Although I'm a student who presented a student card, the receptionist made me pay the full city tax amount. I've been to many hotels in Hungary and never ran into something like that.

Spa Center Not Available for Use”

Customer Service, Cleanliness, Location/Style

The receptionist was AMAZING! She took care of every need we had. The main problem we had was that this hotel publishes the use of their spa center (which includes a jacuzzi, sauna, salesroom, etc) however, we were not able to use any of the facilities as they were all shut down. We were highly disappointed as this was one of the major reasons we chose to stay at Szent Janos.

天窓がある、近代的な建物です。設備もテクノロジーです。 しかし、お部屋の電球が切れているがそのまんまにしている。

Szuper elhelyezkedés-kényelmetlen ágy”

Rendkívül kényelmetlen, széthasznált az ágy. A vasrács átfúródik a matracon, ezáltal nagyon kellemetlen rajta az alvás. Az elhelyezkedés szuper, a tisztaság is remek. Reggeli ár értek arányban megfelelő.
