A bit Narrow for Solo Bedroom”
I stayed as solo traveller and the tiny room is quite reasonably worth for solo to stay. Only thing the bathroom is a bit narrow. Not suitable for 6 feet tall man. Haha

Good place in a great location ”
The hotel is located really in a center of Bukit bintang, just behind the jalan alor which is really convenient to find food and malls. The bad things only they not prepared you with mineral water, they just give you coffee sachet and coffee maker. And they have to be asked to prepared your room if you want your room to be cleaned or made up. The rest is awesome, Good speed of internet, good water heater, and the noise of the street also unheard from my room.

Almost cheat by the staff”
I book for superior Queen room from 3 nights. but I stay in standard queen room for the first day, I request change to Queen room for second day, but the staff give me the reason : 1. No more Queen room. 2. My booking from agoda is cheaper then I book direct from hotel. so, no need to change. 3. The staff keep apology to me and say is his mistake. and the staff ask me to stay in standard room one more day, which is the second day and promise me will arrange Queen room for me on the third day. that time I feel very angry and the reason are not acceptable . and I tell the staff I can stay in standard room but I will make a report and complain to Agoda regarding this matter. then the staff give me the Queen room immediately. if I didn't argue with the staff, I think I will be cheated by the staff and stay in standard room.

we reached KL very late and looking for a place to stay via agoda. most hotels were pretty much full at that moment so the best we could get was this. our room was on the 1st floor right near the main road. it doesnt have a window but a huge glass panel for us to observe the environment outside behind the curtain. and it's better to keep the curtain shut at all time unless u gonna perform anything for free to the public.

Housekeeping very poor. Our 4 nights stay here never once they come to clean the room. We ask for the clean towel also they never send. The rubbish we have to bring it out ourself.

positive - 1/ perfect location at BB, ease to access to everywhere. 2/ value for money. 3/ room was okay for solo traveller. negative - 1/ staffs were not really welcoming. 2/ bathroom was dirty and small. 3/ aircond was not functioning. i turned it off because it was too cold. and when i wanted to switch it on, it did not work. overall, okay to stay for a night.

I book for superior queen room but giving me standard room. after stay 1st day, asking to change to superior queen sc which I book, they tell me no more room and keep apology to me. after I say I will report to Agoda, then the reception take out the superior queen room to me immediately .

I booked this hotel in standard Queen room but room was very tiny and it was very difficult to movement in room and toilet . moreover , water heater does not work even I complain to reception staff 2 times, found no luggage trolly , no water glass nor any water jug in the room. Hotel offer complementery drinking water in room but not found. they put one water dispensing machine in front of lift which was out of order during my whole stay time. .
