Location wise is quite good, near to my place of work in Kuala Kedah. 24hours convenience store is just next door, and there are plenty of foodstalls in front of the hotel. Free parking is ample, and not located on a busy street

Small room. No hot water shower due to low water pressure, I have to take bath with cold water. There is water leaking at sinkhole in washroom (very disgusting). No proper clothes hanger(2 hangers only) with a very tiny wall hook to hang clothes. Very difficult to find parking space and with dirty surroundings. No coffee and tea facilities. And much more to say. This will be my first and last visit to this hotel.
