Exceptional”
Good place to stay, lovely owner, I would stay there again, its in a really good spot as well. Lots of facilities. My room didn't have an air conditioner, however I chose one of the cheapest rooms, it had a ceiling fan.

If you are able bodied it’s great . Not good for disabled people . Not wheel chair friendly and when you ask fir a disabled room you don’t get one . Hot with no air con , was advertised to have air con
Dirty place and rude lady”
At first we had to buzz for service and it was only early afternoon. No one in office at all. The room we stayed in was big but was dirty and i have photos. Our feet were black from the lino...the glass door was filthy and had fingerprints all over it. Thr bathroom window had a big hand mark on it. Shower head facing wrong way over bath which made for a difficult shower. The hot water kept going cold then burning hot couldnt control it wouldnt want a child under that water would have burnt them. I did speak to the lady upon leaving who didnt really care when i told her about problems. Very rude and filthy place will never stay there again ever.

Fantastic friendly service, room quite small and basic, but ideal for a single person or couple looking for somewhere to stay at an affordable price. Very clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay there again when I'm in town.
