Value stay in Bangkok”
Good guesthouse with wonderful staff, good location, and clean beds. It's a 15 minute walk to the Hoa Lamphong train and metro stations and there is good street food within one block. Bangkok is a bit pricier than other parts of Thailand, but the price is reasonable for the city in my experience. The Wifi is inconsistent. Sometimes it's great on the first floor when no one's around 150+ mbps, but sometimes I can barely connect on the 4th floor.

amazing staff. talked about everything and nothing. alot of books to borrow from them. very nice bathrooms. only con for somebody would be that you cant enter or exit the building between 00:00-05:30.

Lovely manager Clean place”
The manager was so helpful and friendly when we arrived later than we expected, made our check in very easy and stress free. It was 12.30am after a lot of travel delays. Room was clean, air con was good, comfortable beds, decent WiFi, very clean toilets and showers. Hot water! Check out was also very easy and the staff member was nice. 10 minute walk to 12goasia so handy of you need to get the bus the next day!

Nice staff and clean hotel but...”
We booked this hotel because of the price at last minute . We arrived at 00.30 and we were a bit worry if somebody will there to checked us in coz the host announced that check in is until 23h. It was a bit difficult to find it with the taxi because of the location . The most inconvienent thing is that after 00h it is closed. So , after a long journey , we arrived , we wanted to go outside to eat after check in but not possible. Too bad for a place in crazy Bangkok . For us , a 24 h will be the best thing to add to this place ; for travellers , all the planes are not landing at 2 pm ; you have to feel free and not stocked : we are on holidays .

location is optimal, able to walk to many sights; we stayed for a week exploring in Silom and Siam Area; plenty of food options nearby; staff and owner very friendly and helpful; shared washrooms are kept clean, our standard double room is provided with clean bedding, fresh towels and very good ventilation. All good!

Quiet location. Efficient staff. Extremely clean
Within 15 mins of Hualomphong Station, close to river (15mins walk), MBK and Siam Square plus BTS is 10 mins by bus (#16, 93 or 36), Silom Rd also 10 mins away. Location is great. In a small laneway so it's quiet; interesting neighborhood with decent street food available. Gates locked from 12 midnight till 5,30am so no noisy party guests rolling home drunk to wake you up either. Great for guests wanting a taste of the real Bangkok. Simple, clean, basic rooms. Friendly staff.

Clean, staff and neighborhood
The rooms are not very spacious bye certainly comfortable. The neighborhood where it is, is beautiful and full of good local food. Don't miss the duck stall right I front of the 7-eleven around the corner. Internet can be better. Completely Acceptable .

the guesthouse is not far from the trai station, within walking distance. The fan room is hot to stay in here but it's much cheaper, so it's still acceptable. Overall, great stay here!

Bad location, need too ask for room with or without ac. But for the price, it is a good deal, but need to make sure that u know there is going to be a lot of walking to the train station. I am a tall guy and do a lot of exercise other reviews of just 15 mins walk is a total lie. More like 30 min.
