From the check-in staff to the house keeping staff to the restaurant staff, everyone is polite, helpful and friendly. The room size is quite decent, the restaurant also has a nice spread of breakfast and tastes good.

The location of the hotel is super convenient, just below metro station. Hotel staff is well behaved and helpful. The reception area infrastructure was a bit disappointing but rooms and other part of hotel are well maintained. Breakfast buffet had lesser option for a 4 star property, otherwise food and restaurant is good.

Good location a few mins away to the local outlet stores, less than 10 mins away from the airport and 2 mins away from the nearest metro station, it is tucked away from the main road and surprisingly quiet, only issues were lack of tv channels (most channels needed a subscription!) Water was cold during the afternoon - all doors slammed shut really hard so when your neighbours are going in and out its very noisy - staff were attentive, service in the toast restaurant was good as well - however rooms were good and clean and as shown in pics, pool was small bit nice and very clean! will def be coming back

The place was clean and beds were comfortable. They have a book borrowing and reading place in their lobby with a nice variety of books. Right next to the metro station. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing.

Very near to airport. We were here as our flight arrive 10pm. We decided to stay a night before move to our desired hotel is an hour away from hotel. Breakfast was awesome, room is decent.
