This hotel is quite affordable in terms of cost. Perhaps because its location is quite far from the city center, the hotel wasn’t very crowded when I visited. I think the cleanliness of the hotel is decent, considering the number of staff and the price charged. As for the facilities, the downside might be the television that’s hard to turn on and the room phone that doesn’t work. Other than that, what’s provided is quite good, and the staff service is very friendly.
Honestly, I would give 4 stars because the hotel staff is nice, polite, friendly, and responsive, starting from the reception, security, office boy, and restaurant staff. In terms of hotel quality, I would give it 3 stars. I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness, especially the bathroom; the walls seem to be rarely cleaned, there are many soap stains, very visible on the glass wall, and the floor is also not very clean. There’s no bathroom mat unless you request one, and there was also very little soap even though we stayed 4 nights; after using it just once for a shower, it was already finished, and it was immediately refilled after informing room service. The shower water sometimes has strong pressure and sometimes disappears, and the hot water is difficult to control, sometimes warm and sometimes hot even though the setting doesn’t change. The breakfast dishes are heavy, every day there are coconut milk and fried foods, and there are no fruits at all, just vegetable salad. Fortunately, there is bread and omelet, and there is chicken porridge, but the porridge broth is always finished and there are no shredded chicken or other toppings, only sauce, chili, and chopped celery/scallion. I suggest to the hotel management to improve cleanliness and pay attention to the facilities to make guests comfortable. Thank you.

This hotel is basically good and strategic, but cleanliness needs to be improved. The glasses provided for drinking in the room seem dirty and haven't been washed. The bathroom is fairly clean, but it has a smell. At the very least, some mothballs should be provided to reduce the unpleasant odor. Other aspects are quite good.
I found the place on Agoda and felt like I was intentionally being misled by the photos, the room I got was definitely not the one on the picture, I don't mind paying more for that room if I knew the picture doesn't fit the advert. The place itself is a budget hotel, considering the price, it's good, but the building surely due for renovation. Cleanliness is also so-so. The food is tasty, with good selection (again, considering the price), would definitely recommend those who stay to pick option with breakfast.

Positive: 1. The room facilities such as AC, TV, toothbrush, shower water, tissues, etc. are all good and complete. 2. The security guard is very friendly and helped me request hotel slippers from the receptionist when my shoes got soaked in the flood. 3. The breakfast is decent in taste. 4. The superior room has very bright lighting in the morning and afternoon because of the large windows. 5. Gallon water is always available in front of the elevator on each floor. Negative: 1. The first time entering the room, there was a strong body odor. 2. The towels are very dull. 3. There are still a lot of stray hairs in the room. Suggestions for those who want to stay: Even though each room door has double locks, still bring and install the double lock that you have.
