Exceptional”

A great budget place to stay in Tokyo, 4mins away from Nippori station if you are taking the Kesei liner to Narita airport while it’s 5 minutes away via Uber. Staff are extremely friendly. The place is a bit far from Tabata station about 10min walk but it’s not a problem if you like walking.

Too pricey for what you get”

Receptionist was very gentle but didn't know english at all, so it was difficult to converse, we chatted via google translate, morning breakfast was just ok, not that great for the price of the room they ask, room are small, and shower cubicle, even smaller... no metro station nearby, have to walk like 15 mins to get to one.

Very nice hotel”

Everything was good here but the male manger in the morning was rather curt and cold. He tried to charge us an unexpected 1000 for late checkout. We refused but it left a bad taste. Be sure to clarify checkout time and overstay charges as it’s not written down.

On 16 Feb, Check-out time 11:00. We were just 5 minutes late but the female staff speaking Mandarin at front desk knocked our door strongly, standing there watching us to leave, which was quite offensive and impolite.

3泊でありえないくらい安く、あまり期待せずに行ったのですが…スタッフの方の対応もよく、部屋も希望通りの部屋でとても快適に過ごせました。 夏にも旅行に行く予定なのでここのホテルを利用しようと思います。

スタッフの方の神対応”

駅から少し離れているので、大きな荷物を抱えている方は大変だと思いますが、駅からタクシーでワンコインで行けます。ホテルは最低限必要なものがあるシンプルなお部屋でしたが、何よりもスタッフの方の親切でフレキシブルな対応に助けて頂き、感動しました。感謝致します。

2階の角部屋和室に泊まりましたが、最初入った時、狭っ！と思いましたが、まぁ慣れるもんです。 しかし、髪の毛が所々に落ちている（因みに私はスキンヘッド）点や、髭剃りが破れていて全く使い物にならなかった点、エアコンがの送風しか使えなかったのはとても残念でした。
