"Very nice hotel and excellent, very friendly and professional staff. Rooms are really good: hot shower, simple but nice design, wifi is very good compared to other hotels we stayed in the area. Taxi drivers tend to not know where the hotel is located as it is not in the core center of the city viewed from the Tachileik border crossing, but luckily the hotel offers its own taxi service which is a great plus! "I took an upgraded room here and the room I had was very large, spacious and had an enormous bed. The staff were extremely helpful, and always made an effort to find a staff member with some English to help out. There is ample parking, although no undercover parking for my motorbike (didn't really matter, it was filthy from the trip anyway, but is something to remember). Breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning from a reasonable selection of dishes. The hotel is surrounded by street stalls which appear mainly to operate late afternoons and evenings. One downside is that the water, after a long wait, is tepid only, but that aside everything was good. The various ways to the hotel are adequately sign posted, thankfully, otherwise I'd still be looking for it! Recommended."

"The staff was ok. They tried to give me a windowless room on arrival. Said no and they gave me a smaller room with window and promised a change the next day. They gave me a new room , next door, that was better. Still no hot water even after running it for 25 minutes. Breakfast was included and was ok. Hardly any clients in the hotel. Agoda did not properly represent the hotel and probably has not checked it. On check out I was charged forty baht for the free water. Turns out , the water, room temp, on top of the refer was free, not in the refer. Cultural orientation ? Also the first room was missing beverages from the mini bar , which I’m sure I would have been charged for if I hadn’t checked. Also the evening mosquito coils burning in the halls was negative. This is a seven story hotel and if I was up a few there would not have been mosquitos. I suspect they tried to keep everyone on the first floor for ease of service by staff. This was not good value for money. Staff was nice "
