This booking was made the last minute, but the owner was very accommodating and already contacted us. His staff was already waiting for us in front of the unit. The room was superbly clean and smelled fresh. With complete toilettries and kitchen utensils. Water ans power supply were never an issue. The view was amazing. Will definitely book again!

We were actually moved to other unit w/ better view w/out additional charge coz the one that reserved to us had a problem. Place is near to everywhere. Church, restaurants, mall, grocery and market. Unit is clean with kitchenwares. You can even cook your own food. Staff is easy to reach and very helpful. Though we had a hard time logging in to the guard's logbook which is necessary before checking in. Elevator access is very hard that's why we used the stairs from 11th floor to ground. Whew! Anyway, if you wish to stay here, book on weekdays to enjoy it. Avoid long weekend staycation. Our experience in checking in is horrible.

Very good location... ideal for big families as one suite can take four adults and some kids. Close to restaurants and skyranch. Bed was a bit solid...not very comfortable, but could be improved with mattress topper. Also condotel could have provided bottled water for guests...rather than thirsty guests...after a long journey has to find nearby shops that sell bottled water. Also the sofa (convertible to bed) was hard. In one of the rooms, a pullout mattress was available, but in another room, my sister have to put up with the hard sofa bed. Anyway, it was good value for money. Also...some guests will not appreciate being bombarded with text messages asking for room deposit a few days before the check in date. In the first place, Agoda confirmed the booking promptly...and it was not mentioned in qgoda that a deposit is required days before check in. This can be annoying as guests can be busy doing more important things. If i had known about deposit, i will NEVER HAVE BOOKED IT.

We were upgraded to the lake view room and it was beautiful. The room scent was good when we entered. The caretaker was hospitable. In terms of location, it's so accessible you don't need to worry when you run out of supplies/food because it is a walking distance. However, we had difficulty opening the door lock since they don't have a key card.

Check-in process is not as smooth as I thought it would be”
Upon the time of booking, I did not know that we had to contact a separate number in order to have the door be opened to us. I thought that we just need to walk in at the property management office in order to check in. Upon arrival at the property, no one seemed to know where this unit is. Security guard at the property is not very helpful at all and just said it's the responsibility of the owner to welcome us if we have a reservation. I had to buy a local sim in order to call Agoda as we are already at the property and had to wait more than 1 hour because we don't know how else to proceed. I spoke to Agoda Customer service who then provided a number that I need to contact in order for someone to receive me. I also then realized after everything that a day before our check-in someone reached out to me via email to provide the contact person and number. This should have been given outright upon booking or the information should be made available on Agoda website that this property is like AirBNB. I've been a long time user of Agoda and I can say now that I will refrain from using properties like this in the future if information is not immediately available to me.

better call agoda as soon as you book to get the contact no.of the unit owner to prepare for your arrival. otherwise, no one from cityland prime residences would know about your reservation and you will be waiting for nothing.

Good for Short Stay”
The room is okay. The furniture and fixtures are okay not quite fancy or artsy lol. The hairdryer was not functioning and the wifi was useless. Good thing there's cable. The kitchen utensils were sparse but the toiletries were well provided.
