The room was perfect, providing lowest stadards but all what is needed. A mosquito net is installed over the bed. A small balcony could be used to dry clothes. The Guest House is not in the centre of the village what is not problem at all as you can cross the village in less than 10 min. The Guest House is very close to the Mosque, but in case you might be disturbed by the morning sinnig, ear protection was provided. We didn't need it at all.

Lovely hosts, great value for the price”

The host family was very kind & helpful, answering any questions I had and providing wonderful hospitality. The place is quiet, only the call to prayer over the loudspeaker is closeby, otherwise you are in nature. Very close to the park entrance & floating restaurants .
The electric plug in my room was inconsistent in charging.

Cheap and clean guesthouse. The location is also good. Very good value for money.
No water refill nor hot water for tea or coffee... there is no hot shower but this is ok because of the hot weather.

Your acces to Taman negara”

It is a nice place close to a river. Dont expect much it is not a 5* hotel but it has its own atmosphere. Water is cold, there is only fan, so you need to decide for yourself. We liked it very much and i would return to this place again.
It is close to the mosque and it can be a problem for some people.

Air Conditioner would be amazing, but we knew that there is no AC as it was mentioned in the description.

it is next to a mosque so call to prayer is very loud, but appreciate that this isn’t something that can be changed, but just to make all aware. no temperature control for the shower, so it is cold showers only.

Private bathroom, balcony, location is ideal, near the town center but still far enough for privacy, price is affordable for extended stays. I would stay here again.
No hot shower, no sound proof from Mosque prayers, no air con but I prefer natural air flow.

The guest house was really close to the starting point of the tours. It was also very clean and we felt comfortable!
It is right next to a mosque, so you will definitely here the morning prayer. And also, it gets very hot without an AC. But for 2 nights it was totally fine. :)

The kindness of the owner, he gave us several tips to visit and hike in Taman Negara. The place is really nice, peaceful, calm, 5 min walk from the jetty. Several restaurants and market around.

Nice patio for sitting outside, close to the jetty for crossing the river and close to all the tour agency.
Rooms are very small. The Mosque was very loud in the early morning (5am for early morning prayer). The house rules were intimidating (no criticism of the Islam or the lifestyle, Never leave valuables in your room, the staff always can enter your room when you are gone)

Friendly, helpful staff, coffee tea and cold water available at cheap rates (also decent quality coffee) and good value for money vs the location (walking distance to the ferry and restaurants, 5mins)
It is right next-door to the town's mosque which means you can't escape the mu'azzin's call to prayer, 5 times a day of which one is before sunrise. It adds to the experience but it does wake you up quite early..
