Appalling ”

Just be clear there is NO TIKI BAR! The advertising photos are deceiving.. We were told it.has been shut down by the city..Also, we left for a day of sightseeing and when we came back everything had been emptied from the refrigerator by housekeeping. When we complained to the front desk there was nothing that they would do about it. There was no compensation of any kind.

This hotel was filthy dirty, the staff mainly the manager Linda is by far the rudest person I've ever dealt with. They offer no amenities. They do not try to make it a pleasant stay. And forget it. Trying to speak to the cleaning people. None of them speak English. I had to change rooms the first night, the room was disgusting. The second Room was filthy as well. Dirty floors, the toilet wouldn't flush, walls dirty . Please don't make the mistake and book due to the price.

Nice place to stay before a cruise”

Perfect for the night before a cruise. They have a complimentary shuttle from the airport and to the cruise terminal. We drove our car there due to flight issues and they let us park there for 7 nights while we were cruising free of charge.

Paid the mandatory expense deposit for 'expenses' in cash. Checked out the next morning and had to wait for manager to arrive because desk clerk did not have access to refund unused funds.

There was debris falling from the vent ceiling in the bathroom....MOLD? There were cheap towels and bathroom amenities... The rooms were damp and musty. The fans and air conditioner were very noisy.
