            房間景觀極佳”

            房間超大、浴室超大，景觀面對環山很棒！民宿提供的晚餐及早餐不錯吃！距離竹山地心谷及八卦茶園不願。唯一的缺點就是房間隔音真的沒有很好，若是住在餐廳樓上（旁有Kyiv室），更會有影響！

            環境如其名 清境”

            依山而建，大廳上下各有兩個樓層..每間都有大片玻璃採光，浴室大浴缸讓2歲半兒子直呼是游泳池，視野無敵極佳，但是如果是住在大廳(餐廳)樓下的1F，聽到樓上拉行李、餐廳搬桌椅實在吵人。 後面有一棟新蓋的建築物(不知道用途) 離大鞍竹海、八卦茶園、天梯等觀光景點也近 訂房附早晚餐，分量都足夠，惟散客和團體客的晚餐內容相較是菜色沒那麼豐富，車子剛好停在民宿收集垃圾的小貨車旁，味道有點重。

            服務人員親切，很像在阿嬤家的感覺，房間非常非常大浴室也非常大！唯一缺點是餐點不怎麼合口味～有嬰兒同行卻無法提供澡盆！

            山景4人房超大的40多坪，浴室也大反而有點空虛感，且浴室整潔有腳印有頭髮，晚餐還不錯5菜1湯，早餐飲料只有咖啡…價位若低一些，就還會再入住啦

            員工友善但整潔要加強，”

            4人房晚餐份量比較少，3大一小有點沒吃飽，不過控肉很好吃，房間乍看滿乾淨的，使用後發現床上棉被掀開有不少頭髮和指甲有被嚇到，應該是沒換枕頭套和被單，浴缸也有垢，後面有廟宇辦活動有點吵，但整體環境還蠻美的，沒影響出遊心情
