From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, making me feel instantly welcome even it's really late at 3am. The location of the hotel is superb, near BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit This made it convenient for me to explore the area and enjoy all that city has to offer. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for my stay. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free especially this staff name Montri, he's really helpful to us. The location of Tai-Pan in Sukhumvit is really good. You're a short walk from some excellent restaurants, including the Michelin-starred The Local, and almost across the street from an interesting Mexican-themed bar/restaurant that has excellent burritos (this is coming from an American). The hotel staff were very friendly, trying to help me on my mission to speak Thai, and the room itself felt luxurious, having a lot of space, a nice city view, a comfortable bed, and room slippers that were much more comfortable/padded than the usual ones you find in hotels. There is a pool, and I wanted to use it, but I just didn't find a chance during my stay. I looked at it, and it seemed very good. I very highly recommend this place if you can stay here. It should be good for both solo travelers and for families.

From checking and the welcome you receive, you know this is friendly and relaxed hotel, clean, large rooms with great location and some of the best food I've tasted for breakfast self service from a hotel. Highly recommend.
