Location's a little far from the buzzly center. However, its near the big shopping mall which was a little like factory outlet. The kids had fun in the small snow playground. However older kids may find it boring, cos its too small. Plenty of food at the mall. Free shuttle from hotel.

Good location bit expensive”
Reception: fast and easy. My documents and room were ready when I arrived. Breakfast Super nice. A lot of food variety. Price: Don't be pricey for a 4-star hotel. Overall Feel of the Hotel: Bright and shiny. The entrance was wide open and feel accommodating. The room was refreshing. Best Things: Service was very good Location was ok Free transport service is always a good deal.

This is not the first time I am staying at this hotel and whenever, I am at Taichung, I prefer staying at 'Taichung Harbor Hotel'. I would like to share my experience wherein after checking out from the hotel, I realized that my mobile was left in the taxi. With great and timely assistance of the hotel staff, I got my mobile back in one hour, wherein they traced the taxi, arranged phone delivery at hotel. Quiet and Comfortable Suburban Visit”
Although the hotel locates in the suburban area, but it's close to the city of Taichung. It takes about 20-30min drive to the city. The hotel staff is nice and polite. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The house supply is nice. If you like a quiet staying, away from the busy city, it's a nice choice to stay. It's recommended to have a car.

Firstly, the staffs were nice, we arrived at 11, and they have arranged the room for us already and all the luggage were already inside. 5/F is goodfor kids, will indoor and outdoor playground, not big but enough Room was old style, and acceptable. 5* hotel breakfast, with hot plate like noodle!

Love the design which the bathtub and the shower is together and the shower is great! Nice and comfortable bed airport to hotel only 15 minutes distance, should provide free shuttle to the nearby spots would be better!

it's a big, new and clean hotel. The bed was comfortable. Although, this hotel serve tours, we had a quiet night. The hotel close to two must go places - fish market and Koamei wetland. The fish market provide cooked and fresh seafood with reasonable price. The market will close at around 7pm. The sunset at Koamei wetland is beautiful.

An excellent place for a short stay”
We had a great time during our stay there. Our room was spacious with very comfortable beds. We were happy to have a ride in the area with the bicycles for free. We also enjoyed their buffet dinner , which offers a wide variety of dishes and drinks.
