Great Ryokan. Just 5mins walk from Amanohashidate station. Room was immaculately clean and faces the rotating bridge. Personnels were so kind, helpful and friendly.

The location of Taikyourou Hotel is very nice, visitors can go most attractions by walking in Aamnohashidate within 10 minutes, I can even see the turning bridge and the beautiful scenery from my window of the room. Besides, visitors can also use hot spring of Monjusou, which is the sister hotel of Taikyourou. People who love hot spring can have more experiences.

Beyond expectations”

The hospitality was much more than expected. The staff spoke fluent English and very friendly. The hotel was right next to the rotating bridge of Amanohashidate, so the view was very nice. Although some parts of the hotel was a bit old, it was still obvious that everything was carefully maintained. My stay was a few days after the heavy rain in July 2018, so the train services were interrupted. They contacted me in advance and showed me alternative ways getting to Amanohashidate. And in the morning I checked out, they also already had the train schedule of that day ready. They really take care of the guests in every aspect.

Charming ryokan, kept clean and comfortable by the efficient staff members. It is very near the station and right next to the rotating bridge. We had a room that faced the bridge and sandbar, it was wonderful. The onsen was lovely, both indoor and outdoor. The best part about our stay was the meals. Dinner was excellent excellent excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed the well-planned cuisine , with seasonal dishes and very attentive staff.They also recommended a sake that paired well with our dinner. Breakfast was very tasty too. We took a morning trip to Ine on our check-out day, the ryokan kept our luggage for us in a secure room. Thumbs up and will recommend to friends.

Excellent location and service”

Very central nice traditional onsen inn right by the bridge. The only disappointment was the extremely small and rather run down onsen facility, luckily there is a sister hotel nearby with a much better onsen (outdoor too) which guests could use.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, both of the dinner and breakfast are delicious, I and my husband have a lovely holiday break in Amanohashidate.

Had a great first Roykan experience. Everything that i would have expected. They gave me a corner room which had a good view. Love to visit again.

Our stay was superb :-) we chose the half board option and had a delicious seven course Japanese dinner. Staff are very friendly.

wooden stairways”

Very nice old fashion Japanese Inn. Food was excellent but for Senior persons, I do not recommend. You have to climb up the wooden narrow stairsteps without enough lights. No good handrail support or any, perhaps Young like it. but dangerous for old people.

夕食に感動することはなかった。やさしい味付けだったが、冷たく薄っぺらい野菜の天ぷら、おいしくないお米が残念。 朝食時間が本日は満室で、コロナ対策のためと時間指定された。 台風で列車の運休があり、チェックインが遅くなることを伝えたが、「海外の予約サイトAGODAを使うのでなく、国内の予約サイトを使った方がいいと言われた。旅館から宿泊者へ直接連絡が取れないと？本当かな。 全体的に、旅館の都合が客の思いより優先すると考えているような対応を感じました。

傳統溫泉酒店，五星級服務溫柔貼心”

JR站只需要步行5分鐘便到酒店，拖着大型行李也沒有問題，到達酒店後，員工悉心幫我們嘅旅行箱清潔乾淨再幫我們運上酒店房，晚餐精美很開心，小型溫泉，感覺像private onsen，基本上沒有見到其他住客，我們離開的時候下着雨雪，職員主動說我們也可以借雨傘，把雨傘放在車站便可，超過六星級嘅服務，我們一定會再回來
