Whether you’re a solo traveller, couple, or family - this place is absolutely amazing! From the moment you lay eyes on this aesthetically pleasing quaint boutique hotel - you will be in love! Talakkia is a hidden gem (literally, down a secure back alley), just a ten minute walk from Chinatown. The staff were exceptional, the food moderately priced and delicious, and the room superbly clean with everything you need - and not to mention the unique, modern-industrial chic decor, so cute! Would stay here a million times more if I could have the chance to! Handy mini bar with snacks and drinks to purchase, tiny (but wonderfully relaxing) outside pool and spa/reading/relaxing area, elevator, and ice cream are just a few of the other great perks! Side note - needed a quick shower after checking out and leaving for the day, staff easily let my partner and I come in, rent a towel, and shower up before a long night train ride (appreciate this so much!) - Talakkia, one of the best stays EVER.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in quiet neighbourhood ”
I absolutely love this place! In a quiet part of town (not easy to find in Bangkok), but right next to the river, so super super easy to get to all the tourist attractions. Lovely ammenable staff, who helped me sort a nice surprise for my friends. Very comfy beds, and very importantly GREAT breakfast. Will stay again!

Perhaps, one of the best hotels for those travelling during the pandemic's opening of borders to accept foreign travellers. Right from the beginning, hotel staff will guide and assure the traveller's needs and processes through the meticulous procedures of obtaining the Thai visa and Thai pass. Uniquely, despite the demands, the staff will ensure that the traveller is comfortable and adjusted right till the completion of the PCR-RT test result. The whole process is costly, and that's understandable because of the efficiency from the issuance of letters until the arrival in the hotel and the Covid-19 test result. Once that's completed, the traveller has the freedom to roam anywhere in Bangkok. My gracious thank to Saowaros and Saowanit Ariyarattopas for their eflforts。

Very nice budget hotel near Chinatown”
The location for us was excellent, a short walk from Chinatown with its plenty of good stalls and markets. The room is small but clean and functional and has a kettle and fridge which is great. There's a small pool and a decent restaurant with plenty of options. It's a good place to sit and have a beer in the evening after a night walking round Bangkok. The staff are very friendly too. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant comfortable small hotel close to the main train station. Only problem is that if you booked by Agoda in order to avoid carrying cash around, you will find that they ask for a cash deposit - kind of defeats the purpose.

Good value, professional staff”
We've stayed in a family room with our 4-year-old. It's a good location in China town, the staff is very helpful and professional, we booked tours and taxis with them and everything was great. It's a no frills hotel but it does the job - clean, close to major sights, all in all a good value for money. Thanks to all the staff members, you are great!

Nice but small room”
The hotel was nice, with clean rooms, a little pool and friendly staff. The location was good, close to the train station and china town. There was some fantastic street food nearby. The room was rather small but worked for our short stay. I would recommend for people in transit rather than long stay. I would probably book here again.

Nice decor room, clean restroom. But do not talk too loud, people next room will hear you. Most friendly reception and staff that i ever met. Delicious breakfast. Can walk to China Town and Golden Buddha Pagoda in China Town (10-15 min). 7-Eleven near by hotel.
