Near the cha-am beach, inexpensive, lovely rooms, comfortable but not soundproofing. We are on the 1st floor, but people on the 2nd floor walk and drag the table that make us awake. The sink is outside the toilet and wet the floor. The sink is outside the toilet and wet the floor.

The hotel was lovely, unexpected that the room was comfortable and clean. Love the pool cause feel privacy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The problem just no iron and kettle provided in the room. But we can request kettle from reception but they did not have iron. Need to bring your own iron.

This resort near to beach which you can find the food easily. The room size is not very big but clean. And because this resort is near the road, sometime loud noise at night.

Easy to find at cha am beach, room not to expensive and got a breakfast too with 2 option menus. Quite place when night but beware of mosquitos and slippery bathroom tile where its very danger if wet because the surface dont grip our footstep.

We booked a standard room no breakfast. Received nice welcome. Hotel very centrally located. 7-11 next to hotel. Cross road to beach, easy to walk to beachside restaurants, and along the main beach road, Bank, massage parlors closeby. Nice air con restaurant in entrance to hotel for food and coffee. Room as pictured on hotel website. No surprises, no complaints. Good value for money we paid. Swimming pool is small, only two loungers but very refreshing to have swim. Enjoyed our stay. Staff friendly but lack of english can be a problem. Would stay here again but prefer hua hin to cha am

Room is so cozy, feel like home. Big window with garden view. Breakfast is quite good. Plenty space for parking car. Overall facility is really nice. Bathroom is not hotel standard, but dorm standard.
