Clean and Quiet”

I spent 2 nights here. Its close to the centre of Dalat town but that does not even matter as Dalat town is nothing to write home about. The attractions of Dalat can be accessed via a motorcycle or car tour from any hotel near or outside of town. This hotel was off the main town road at the end of a long road so is about a 7 minute walk to the main town road. This was ok for me as I only looked for food as nothing else to do in town really. Hotel is quite new with all mod cons, large room, hot shower in large bathroom. Comfortable and clean. Hotel has a lift. Dalat itself is a nice area of the country with quite a lot to do which can fill 2 days.

Great hotel with very friendly staff .”

Rooms were spotless and well maintained, bargain for the price. One of our daughters fell into a waterfall with iPhone in pocket. On returning to hotel they quickly called for a phone repairer who took back to his shop and repaired for $25 a small price compared to a new iPhone.

Nice big room, decent internet, recently refurbish”

The english of the reception staff was poor, but they were friendly. The room was big with 2 double beds. The option of breakfast would have been nice but all in all a good hotel. When I got there however the room price was quoted as less than on the agoda web site

I felt so comfortable staying at this hotel. Staffs were so nice and friendly. Room was small but clean. I really enjoyed the stay.

Very nice rooms”

The rooms are brand new, large and exactly as described / depicted. The location is in the centre of where you need to be (15 minute walk to the lake, 5 minute walk to restaurants). The rooms have large windows looking out on to the street or if you are lucky you will get one of the ones facing out over the mountains / lake. Staff are very nice, but English is limited. Wasn't a problem though.

The worst night's sleep I've ever had”

The hotel itself is nice enough, with modern rooms and in a good location. The staff seem OK, but they don't speak any English. Unfortunately I have to give this "hotel" a low score because it doesn't provide a safe and secure room to sleep. Don't be fooled by the nice photos, sleeping here is akin to sleeping in a bus shelter. First problem is the noise. The walls here must be paper thin. The hotel is frequented by a lot of Vietnamese tourists who like an early start, so at 6am you will first be awoken by the TVs, music, doors and showers of every guest on your floor. At midnight we were woken by a number of guests being checked in. I can accept that though, it's a budget hotel. What I CANNOT accept is that the staff decide to unlock your hotel room door at any time of day or night without knocking. On the final night at 1am someone unlocks our hotel room, swings the door open, and two figures stand in the doorway gawking at me and my missus in bed. I can only assume that the hotel staff were trying to check someone into our (occupied) room. After they finally shut the door they proceeded to laugh histerically in the corridor. How humiliating. After not much more sleep the phone rang at 7am with an unrequested wake up call. I'm guessing the hotel staff wanted to check us out at the crack of dawn so they could admit more guests. Normally this would have irritated me, but we were only too happy to leave early on this occassion.

Nice hotel”

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel appeared to be fairly new. They had a lift. The views were nice. The location was good, a couple blocks above the market and the neighborhood had a local feel. It was only a few blocks from a tourist restaurant area.

Nice but book tickets elsewhere”

Nice place, I wasn't a fan of the polyester sheets though. Friendly folk, generally good value, marred like so many other Vietnam places, with a bad ticket buying experience. Swore blind that the bus ticket they sold for a trip to mui ne was on a big bus, "call us if not and we will come and refund you", then the 'small bus to take you to the big bus' just kept going... Even with some people standing.

Perfect for what I ưanted”

After an initial hassle checking in all ưas okay and perfect. Only hassle ứa a bunch ò school children staying on one night but it ứa only noisy until 11.00pm. Apart from that good location and very pleasant.

loevly clean almost brand new hotel ”

its a good place to lay your head.. didnt see a cleaner in the four days we were there .. and it very noisy in the morning with all the kids in and out .. thefamily who own it just leave the younger one to look after the place so becomes a bit of a youth club .. everything about the place is so good its just let done by the lack of any adult participation shame shame shame

Emplacement idéal ”

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est idéal, il est situé sur une rue tranquille mais à quelques pas du centre de la ville près des commerces et restaurants. La chambre est très spacieuse offrant beaucoup d'espaces de rangement ains qu'une table et deux fauteuils. La salle de bain est grande et moderne. Le personnel parle peu anglais mais on réussi généralement à se faire comprendre. En cas de besoin ils iront chercher quelqu'un parlant cette langue.

Guter Preis, zentral gelegen”

Alles in allem war es ok. Ein sehr guter Preis dafür war es manchmal etwas laut in der Nacht wenn das Personal Fernsehen geschaut hat. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt ist das dass Personal kein English verstand aber zu dem Preis kann man nicht viel erwarten.

Durchschnittliches Hotel, nette Leute”

Nette Leute, nicht ganz so zentral, aber trotzdem ist alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Da die Empfangshalle scheinbar auch der Wohnraum der Familie ist und das Treppenhaus und die Türen den Schall nicht besonders dämmen, kann es jeweils sehr laut werden (Fernseher, Kinder, Gelächter).

저렴하며 달랏마켓과 무척 가깝다”

매우 저렴한 가격에 트윈베드 룸을 사용했는데 3~4명이 사용할수 있을 만큼 넓었다. 도보 5분이면 달랏마켓으로 갈수 있으며 호텔 내 무선 와이파이 속도도 빨랐다. 리셉션 직원도 친절했다. 대신 전망이나 호텔 내 식당 등의 편의를 기대하진 말자.

老板人很好，服务质量没话说，可惜无法用英文沟通”

这是一家家庭旅馆，房间的床很大，我们定的是双人房，出乎意外的是，居然有两张1.5米的大床。刚check in的时候，发现房间很脏，床单上都是头发，卫生间地方非常的潮湿，像是上个客人走了，没清理过的样子。跟老板投诉后，老板立刻帮我们换了间房间，还特地吩咐伙计把那间房间的床单全部换了一次，服务质量真是没的说。只是这个店只有一个女孩（老板的妹妹）会说英文，因为他们家的酒店有2家，在一条小路的马路2边，所以这个会说英文的姑娘不是一直在的。我们刚到的时，跟老板鸡同鸭讲了好久，所有员工都不知道我们在说什么。我们突然发现，去一个不会说英文的国度是个非常痛苦的事情。后来我们就放弃跟店里的人沟通，直接去了open bus停靠的酒店去问该酒店的人。让他们帮我们预约第二天的open bus来接我们去芽庄。但是总体来说，这个酒店服务还是非常好的。一晚25刀不是很便宜，价格适中。
