Super friendly, helpful and English speaking staff. Provided us 2 bicycles to get to the beach. The hotel is an a very quiet street a short walk to the center and we found the room very confortable. The room door let's light in, if thats a problem for you (for us wasn't at all) bring an eye cover. We ended up booking an extra night!

Lovely host”
I was skeptical with homestay when travelling but I was very happy with Tam Hong Phuc of course if you don't mind living with the host family. The location is perfect, just outside of the walking town but within the ancient Hoi An town. The host family was very friendly and warm. They made us yummy breakfast every morning with coffee or water (your choice). They are new to the business and are happy to hear any recommendations or feedback to improve their service. They are honest people who are happy to help you if you have any issues. I definitely would come back or recommend Tam Hong Phuc Homestay to family and friends.

Stayed here for 3nights. Mr. Nam is very kind and helpful. Room were spacious and very homey feeling. Free bicycle to use definitely help us in our little escapade around the town. Will stay here again!

Good homestay experience ”
I had a wonderful stay here. We stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast: The host serves traditional Hoi An cuisine. On the first day, we had Cao Lau. Second: Mi Quang. Third: Grain porridge with banh beo, Fourth: egg omelette with banh mi. My wife and I think the Mi Quang is on par with those sold outside, if not better. Do check with the host on the breakfast item so that you do not have the same items if you are in Hoi an for a short time. Location: centralised but not a landmark for grab app to select as destination. You can select "Madam khanh, banh mi queen" as destination and walk here. Service: host was hospitable and keen to assist in any way Room: room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable, I had good sleep throughout the 4 nights. Highly recommended to book your stay with them for a good homestay experience.

Cleanliness should be improved ”
The local cab driver couldn't find the place and to make things worse, the phone listed on Agoda is outdated. We found another phone number by googling it ourselves. We managed to call the homestay after some time, all thanks to the driver who can speak Vietnamese. When we arrived we were greeted with kid's scream and noise from TV. And some kind of weird smell which I suspect it's from the food they eat at the reception. The owner's family lives there with 2 young kids. The cleanliness of the room is not up to par, especially the bathroom. We also spotted some ants walking on the dining table in our room. The beds were ok. The owners are helpful as I needed some medicine for stomach ache, sewing kit and transport arrangement. They even gave us 2 bottles of water when we left. The husband speaks better English compared to the wife. Location wise it is OK. It is near to the popular banh mi outlet Madam Khanh, just 2 to 3 minutes walk.

Good location, breakfast could be better”
Location was less than a 10 min walk from the river where you could go to either the wet market or night market, which I appreciate. Host was nice and gave me some thread when I needed to fix a broken button. Unfortunately breakfast was lacking - it was a small portion and you could only order a bowl of noodles, 2 eggs, crepe, or an omelette, along with a choice of coffee/water/tea and some sliced fruits after. If you want eggs and normally eat bigger breakfasts, you'll probably still be hungry after. Bathroom was a bit cramped if you open the shower door outwards you might hit the toilet. The lounge chairs provided in the room weren't the most comfortable. For the price, I would have preferred staying in a nicer hotel

We only stayed for 1 night but the location was excellent, very central. The homestay has a pool and free bikes to use which were great. Big room and private balcony. Nice owners and they organised an airport transfer for us. The room was clean but not spotless. And the air conditioner seemed to only work as a fan so the room was quite hot. But an otherwise excellent stay.

Everything is exactly as in the description and photos. New, clean rooms, ours was with long balcony with beautiful plants. Great location. Quiet but close to the Old Qarter. Swimming pool is also very nice on hot days. The owners are outstanding helping you with anything. Shopping for baby stuff, doctors etc. Highly recommended!

Our host was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. Breakfast was fresh and tasty (get the noodles!). The bed was very comfortable, which is always a big thing for me as I have a bad back. The location is perfect - easy to walk to sites, but tucked away in a quiet lane. Price was very reasonable. I would 100% recommend to everyone I know to stay here while in Hoi An.
