Great location and perfect atmosphere”
The resort looks nice with many green of trees. It locates closely on the beautiful beach but near by local seafood shops. The simple and acceptable buffet will be serve for breakfast. All staff are nice and helpful. Good place to hang out and retreat when you are too familiar with the crowded Hoi An or Da nang. It’s an idea vacation if you spend 2-3 days at Ly Son island to discovery natural beauty of ocean with coral and the most simple equiped hostel/homestay and after that 2-3 nights here in this resort with better services and more gentle beach.

Friendly staff, great location”
The reception staff, especially Dien, was very helpful in getting motorbikes to rent and a car to Da Nang. The villa was very nice and close to the beach. There's a small road between the property and the beach but the location is great. It was nice having the pool when the beach got busy. Very good seafood restaurants just down the road - Quan Vinh Tuan was the best we had. Breakfast was a bit limited and when it was a buffet, there were less western options which was a bit disappointing. Overall a good hotel, great location and nice staff.

It is the staff that made the difference”
It is the staff that made the difference. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. The villas next to the beach are great. Spacious and you can hear the waves. We enjoyed the meals there. However, I would suggest that the chef wear some hairnet. We found a hair in our food twice during our stay there. We mentioned it but I don’t think anything was done to improve the situation. Otherwise, I would go back and stay again for a few days

Nice place for resting ”
We came to the resort in holidays, so most of the room are full. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast is quite poor and local style. Staff are friendly and kind to guests. Highly recommended for those who want to stay away the urban life:)

Quiet resort for a relaxing holiday”
It's a quiet resort, locating on a beautiful beach. Unfortunately, I came here on national holiday and the beach was full of local people (the resort doesn't have private beach and it's a minus). Thus, most of the time I was inside the resort, not on the beach. The staff is friendly and the facilities are quite good. But I recommend that if you want to enjoy the beach, don't come here on peak time (weekends and holidays)

Tired and poorly maintained”
Although this Resort is only three years old, it appears to have had no maintenance during that period. Reception staff were lackadaisical, and the only other employee we saw during our visit was a gardener doing some desultory watering of the tatty and overgrown grounds. The facility is already seriously deteriorated, with peeling paint, and rust staining the walls. Many exterior light fixtures have either fallen off, or are broken. The 'infinity' pool was clean - but the 'infinity' view was of a few bedraggled plants, and a mildewed wall. The ladder providing access to the pool had a broken - and dangerous - top step. The room was relatively clean, with a decent mattress and fresh linen, but grout lines in the bathroom were mildewed and cracked. The advertised 'buffet' breakfast was instead an 'a la carte' offering of eggs and banh my. Despite its many limitations, this resort is really the only half-way decent choice in a neighborhood short of alternatives. Choose the basic room.

Somewhat run down”
The only thing about this property worth mentioning is the location and 1 individual member of staff, who went out of her way to assist us with buying a Sim card and looking after our bags, otherwise woul rate this very much a 2 star property. Breakfast was well below average. Cold coffee, the normally heated food was not kept warm and the cold meat still frozen. The restaurant food was overpriced and average comparative to other properties we have dined at. The service questionable and our plates were neither cleared whilst dining and nor from the pool area on the next morning where we had consumed a couple of drinks and snacks.. The room looked nice but paint peeling off walls, cracked floor tiles and in need of a general tidy up. Bad drain smell emerging from bathroom and the pool although looked beautiful but the bottom was dirty and slimy. What may have been a great property once upon a time, comes across now as a has been. Sadly would not recommend

Poor Value ”
Room and location ok but a poor place to eat. No effort put into breakfast and the restaurant had miserable staff who usually got the order wrong with very average food at inflated prices. The pool was too hot to use and the internet connection continually dropped out

Lovely Stay”
We stayed overnight at the Tam Thanh Beach Resort in order to visit the beautiful Tam Thanh village with the painted walls. We had a lovely stay. We were greeted with a tasty beverage and were accommodated immediately despite the fact that we arrived quite early for check-in. We were also given an up-grade, which was super kind. The room was wonderful, the bathroom had a great atrium like feature. The sink drain was plugged, but it wasn't a major issue. The one thing we were a bit disappointed was that the pool didn't appear as clean as we would've liked, I think it just came down to the fact that the water had been stagnant for a few days perhaps? I don't know. But again, that didn't change our opinion of the stay. The restaurant had great food and good prices, the staff were extremely attentive. We would definitely recommend a stay here and hopefully will be back ourselves!

Quit and good value”
I really enjoyed my trip here. I had been working in Tam Ky for a while and noticed this resort everytime we went to the beach there. very near Tam Thanh Mural village which is a must see. Restaurant had good food, would have liked to see a full bar but maybe that is coming. Overall a great stay for the value, I had a beach front room, very large and very nice bathroom. Resort is still being built so it is possible the prices may go up a bit once all of the landscaping is completed.

Chilled out Spot”
This was the first time that my family and I went to Tam Thanh Resort. A friend recommended it. It was cold and rainy, so we unfortunately were unable to use the large pool. The villa was large and offered sea view. It was private and very very quiet. The food in the resort was pretty boring, and I think it was because it was off-season and the cooks had gone home. However, there are loads of Seafood restaurants across the street. I would definitely go here again as it's good value for money and it's a beautiful and relatively unspoiled beach.

Good service with acceptable facilities”
Me and my friend we have 2 nights in Tam Thanh Resort & Spa. Very spacious room with good facilities. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Spacious pool with nice view to the beach is another point that I like a lot. However, breakfast is good but pretty lacked. They have egg station and noodles, bread with butter and jam but better with some kind of ham or sausage, only 1 kind of salad, rice with 1 kind of vegetable and 1 kind of meat in vietnamese style. The resort is by the beach but you have to walk through the street to the public beach (no private beach). On the beach there is a sign named Tam Thanh Resort & Spa with some chairs but noone to watch them and there are some women there to offer you to rent their chairs for 20k, a little disturbing though. In general, I'm very satisfied with the price 41$/room and the service, but I'll be glad to pay a little more with better breakfast or for a well guarded chairs in the beach.

Very nice resort in an undeveloped area”
Directly located at the beach. Nice rooms. Nice Spa. Perfect service! In the surroundings are a lot of Vietnamese sea food restaurants, but none of them have a English menu, but where ever we tried the food it was delicious. About 7 km to the next town with ATM and convenient shops. The restaurant looks good and have English menu with not too high prices. But our breakfast on the first day had been 2 eggs, 2 small ! slices ! of baguette without butter or jam , one cup of coffee and one glass of fruit juice and 2 small slices of water melon. I asked for one more coffee or juice, they told me only 2 drinks are included. So we thought if breakfast is so poor its better not to try the restaurant for dinner at this place. Next day the breakfast included one more Vietnam dish, and one more type of fruit. Next day BIG SURPRISE they offered a breakfast buffet which was one of the nicest I ever got in Asia. Good choice of local specialties, free flow of juice and coffee. Could have been in a 5 Star Hotel. All together a very nice place, absolutely recommendable. We will go back there if we will be in this area again.

Extended our stay”
The weather got better and due to the warm hospitality of the resort staff, we decided to extend our stay for one more night. Booking through Agoda was fast and easy with a great discount. Again, everything exceeded our expectations for 4 star resort qualities.

Exceptional”
Beautiful location on the beach. Rooms were awesome. Helpful staff (although their English speaking skills were adequate). Great food in the restaurant with the absolute best Ca Phe in the area. Highly recommend!
