An enjoyable stay”
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The family running the place we so lovely. They took us for breakfast at the local market and we had a delicious dinner with their family both nights that we stayed. The room we stayed in was big and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the coconut palms and reading our books. The weather wasn't great so the beach wasn't as nice as I think it would normally be. They are doing renovations on the beachside bungalows. I think they will be really nice to stay in when finished. As other reviews have said, don't expect some fancy resort. It is a place in touch with nature and we enjoyed our stay. They also rent motorbikes and bicycles.

This place is a hidden treasure. ”
The staff is friendly and helpful and they make delicious fresh seafood. The beach is right there and there’s lots of space to explore. It’s rustic and natural and it was so easy to get there from Danang and Hoi An. It was easy to walk to the mural village from the resort.

This is not a fancy resort Room is simple with all basic facilities, but clean and comfortable. They have amazing beautiful private beach that remind me of Mediterranean.Tam Thanh is one of the most beautiful beach in Vietnam. I definitely comeback here every summer.

Make the Trip to Chill”
I hate to let the secret out, but this is a splendid, rustic resort to wile away a few days. Lovely, friendly staff, good food and very reasonable prices. Cleanliness and facilities got four stars only because the place is a work in progress, but coming along nicely. If you want to get away from IT ALL while having access to the gorgeous fresco village just down the road, get yourself there.

A homestay but like a luxury resort with beautiful landscape and nice beach, friendly staffs like a family, really enjoyed the stays here. We love the nice and peaceful coconut garden! Will get back!

Not a Resort”
We booked a stay here thinking we were getting a very good deal on a resort. Turns out this place, called Tam thanh natural beach resort in the ad, is in fact named Cat Bien Farm Homestay as per the name at the property. The name in the ad sounded identical to Tam Thanh beach resort and spa -- a different place, a resort. The similarity of the names was confusing. Cat Bien is a hostel-level facility which lacked hot water.

Nicest beach lodging we've found so far”
Quiet secluded location on a beautiful clean beach. An open air restaurant offers a really interesting menu including local specialties and the food is delicious. We didn't care for the plastic cover on the mattress which made the bed less than perfectly comfortable but that was a small inconvenience measured against this idyllic relaxing place. The staff is very friendly and helpful, too.

El alojamiento es sencillo pero muy bien atendido. Se encuentra en la misma playa, una playa de arena blanca de un par de kilometros de largo impresionante, con pescadores y zona de recreo que frecuentan los vietnamitas de veraneo. Muy recomendable

bin jetzt nach 2 jahren wieder in dieser sehr angenehmen anlage gewesen. man sieht den fortschritt, aber bei diesem riesigen gelände kann man noch einige weitere schöne plätze schaffen. die lage und die engl. sprechende gastgeberfamilie sind klasse. ich komme gerne wieder

良いところは、外に出ればビーチというところでしょう。タムキー駅からビーチまで遠く、バイタクは足元を見て吹っ掛けて来ます。ま、値切って70000ドンと行ったところ。帰りのバイタクは50000ドンでした。 2人部屋でしたが、鍵をかけて荷物を守るスペースなし。部屋に鍵をかけられますが、渡された鍵が別部屋の物で、一時インロック状態になりました。別のスタッフ2人で外からドアを開けて入れましたが…。逆に言うと、鍵をかけても、侵入可能という…。 同室のアイルランド人が夜になって現れましたが、部屋に鍵をかけて寝ていたところへ外からドアを叩かれて、何かと思いました(苦笑) 部屋には蚊の対策として蚊帳があります。冷房と扇風機はいい感じでしたかね。 トイレに申し訳程度にトイレットペーパーありますが、ベトナムではトイレにペーパー流すと詰まるんです。でもペーパーを捨てるゴミ箱なし。トイレ兼シャワールームですが、シャワーは水しか出ません。乾季は良いかもですが、雨季は肌寒かったです。 もひとつだけ誉めるとしたら、近くの市場が安くて良かったです。バインミーが5000ドンみたいな。不衛生は嫌という方には微妙でしょうが、僕は好きな雰囲気でした。ゲストハウスの海鮮焼きはお値段高めでした。辛味つけたエビ12匹(70000ドン)とヌードルと野菜あえ(20000ドン。これだけでお腹いっぱいの内容)で値段表示は90000ドンのはずが、昔の表示だから120000ドン払えと言われました。払いましたが、アホくさかったです。

1.경이로운 위치로 도착 때 너무 기뻤고 사장님들 친절함과 자녀들의 사랑스러움이 날반겨줌. 2.방에 들어갔을 때 역시 싼가격이니 이정도면 충분하다고 생각하고 땀끼 시내 및 마더 동상도 근처임. 3.근처에 삼겹살,소세지,곱창 맛집이 있고 의외로 시골 읍내랑 가까움. 4.내가 시내구경 후 방으로 돌아갔을때 천장에서 쥐가 돌아다님. 5. 그애서 사장님께 혹시 쥐가 방안으로 들어오기도 하냐고 물어보니 고양이의 마음을 가지면 쥐가 무서워서 못내려온다는 개소리를 시전함. 6. 고양이를 4마리나 키우니 걱정 말라고함;; 7. 천장 및 시설 내부를 꼼꼼히 둘러보니 캠핑 텐트보다도 못한 실내, 밖이랑 연결된 구멍이 곳곳에 보임. 8. 내 방갈로 해변뷰인데 나는 이상한데로 넣어 놓음. 9. 방은 거의 폐가 수준이라고 보면됨 10. 침구류 위생상태도 좋지 못해 머릿니, 빈대, 모기가 나올까봐 거의 잠도 못잠. 11. 개인 캠핑 침구 사용하였고 공항에서 구매한 캠핑 가방용 큰 비닐을 깔고 쪼그려서 뜬눈으로 밤샘. 12. 하지만 너무 좋은 위치 해변이 바로 앞이며 한 2-5km 옆에 대형 리조트로인해 그앞 해변이 붐비나 이곳은 한가했음. 13. 조식 없음.

离市区差不多9公里！海边的海水很蓝！”
海水很蓝，服务员很热情！刚来的时候很害怕因为没有收银员也没没有办公室办事处！只有房子！四周荒芜，听服务员说是自然！没有空调，有早餐！挺贵的！比起会安和舰港挺贵的！不过工作人员真的很热情！这必须打分100！工作人员还免费带去海边玩！除了车费不需要出，自己的其他费用要出！就这样！还行没多大的其他感受！就是工作人员很热情！

Địa điểm đẹp, resort không chuyên nghiệp”
Resort có biển riêng, cách xa biển công cộng Tam Thanh nên ít người tắm. Khung cảnh bình yên và thoải mái, biển đẹp và rất sạch. Đây là lựa chọn sáng suốt nếu bạn muốn đi nghỉ dưỡng. Hình như ở đây chỉ có 3 nhân viên thôi thì phải. Lúc mình đến thì phòng vẫn chưa được dọn nên phải chờ hơi lâu. Phòng không có tủ lạnh, dầu gội và sữa tắm, nên mọi người định đến đây ở thì nhớ chuẩn bị trước nhé (lúc mình hỏi cô nhân viên dọn phòng là có xà phòng không, cô ấy chỉ vào cục xà bông đã dùng lở dở trên giá và nói "dùng cục này cũng được nè con"). Bàn chải đánh răng cũng không có sẵn luôn, phải hỏi 2 3 lần mới có. Ga nệm không được thay nên đầy cát. Thực ra trước lúc đến mình cũng không kỳ vọng nhiều, nhưng nếu dịch vụ ở đây tốt hơn thì có thể để giá phòng gấp đôi đấy, vì vị trí và cách bố trí các phòng của khu này khá là đẹp, còn biển thì tuyệt vời luôn.

Nhân viên siêu thân thiện, khung cảnh rất đẹp nhất là vào buổi sáng chạy dọc bờ biển tập thể dục, tắm biển rồi về uống ly trà nóng và ăn sáng, trưa nằm võng đọc sách, chiều đi tượng đài mẹ Việt Nam anh hùng, và làng bích họa Tam Thanh. Tối về bar làm chai bia ngồi hóng gió rồi về đi ngủ. quá tuyệt !

Biệt lập và yên bình”
Mình đi tầm cuối tháng 8, qua mùa du lịch biển miền Trung rồi nên khách khá vắng. Khu biển của resort cũng là khu riêng nên càng vắng. Bờ biển cát mịn và sạch, nước biển cũng rất sạch và trong. Các bạn nhân viên ở đây nói chung là hiền và nhiệt tình. Chung quy lại là mình đã có một vài ngày nghỉ dưỡng ở đây rất thoải mái. Một điểm trừ là đồ ăn nêm khá mặn, ngay sau món đầu tiên mình đã phải dặn bếp cho bớt muối vì mặn ko thể ăn được. Về sau thì bếp đã điều chỉnh nhưng có thể mình quen ăn nhạt nên vẫn thấy mặn.

Ưu điểm: gần biển Nhược điểm: Nhà vệ sinh cống thoát kg tốt, có mùi. Bữa sáng bao gồm trong dịch vụ chỉ có duy nhất món bún sườn, kg có gia vị đi kèm, món ăn nhạt. Quanh khu vực không có các dịch vụ kèm theo. Đặt phòng qua agoda do 01 người phụ trách nhận, lễ tân không biết thông tin gì khi khách đến nhận phòng khiến khách phải tự gọi điện liên hệ xác nhận.
