"Die hard romantics note this is one of the best hotels I have seen in Malaysia. Private Sky Pool villa booked, I went there hoping for great things but after staying at many an overpriced, undelivered hotel in Malaysia, I was thrilled with what I walked into when I opened the door. Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds n pillows. A small kitchenette that may have been listed but had forgotten and didn't expect. A nice bathroom area. best of all was the private, moreorless rooftop pool. It was large than I expected, overlooked the ocean and under the stars though covered enough to block the blaring sun and rain. It was possibly the cleanest pool I have seen here too. The kids enjoyed it. The Mrs, hard to please did too. Best of all, the pool does not close at 7pm and really enjoyed my 4am swim. The lounge/pub was nicely designed. Smelled too much of smoke though we were the only ones in it. Ambiance was still fantastic. There is a spa, a public pool that was great too. The chalet waterhomes looked like an interesting next booking possibility too. I have no complaints about it. If not driving it is a bit far from the town which has little to actually offer except the interesting stalls surrounding the tourist beach."

"After reading all the reviews I had my doubts when booking this apartment. but since we needed a 3 bedroom apartment, this was the best choice with the best rate. Because with RM350 per night we got sea view, a three bedroom apartment, lift facility (though the lighting in the lifts were quite dark), ample parking, swimming pool, a small animal corner for the kids, a beach right next to the apartment and breakfast. Check in and check out was really fast. Thanks to Agoda. The gave us welcome drinks and the kids were entertained by clowns during check in and breakfast. There was ample food during breakfast and enough seating, though you might have to share tables with others. All the airconds, lights, water heaters were working. Water pressure was a bit slow but it was fine. Rooms were clean, a lot of dustbins throughout the apartment. In all, i was very satisfied. I would come again, but if I had a bigger budget I'd definitely try a more luxurious hotel. And if you want a great seafood dinner, go to Mimi Seafood Village which is about 15km away. You'll need to drive through a village for 2-3 minutes before you reach the restaurant. But the food is worth it."

"We were there for a quick getaway with a toddler and our elderly parents. The host was very friendly, super accomodating, extremely responsive to messages and such a pleasure to interact with. Our rooms with a view were amazing. They were spacious while the bathroom/toilet/shower room area was capacious. Lovely deco and super comfy pillows. However, we found the rooms a bit dusty- so could have been cleaned better. Also, since alexis are lexis private-owned chalets, we could use lexis's facilities (the pool, gym, playground) but we COULD NOT use lexis's services (i. e. Buggy, concierge etc), we had to contact and wait for the host upon arrival at the lobby, no breakfast included. But I still believe that alexis has more value for money than lexis. With the beach just nearby, other than what mentioned, there is literally nothing not to love about Alexis. We will definitely come back here again. "

"We booked seaview tower. The room was clean, and the view from the balcony, and even from the bed was fantastic. Extra pillows and a small mattress were provided. Beds were comfortable and we had good nights sleep. The washroom area is very spacious. Suitable for family with small kids. It's the first area you enter when you open the door. The toilet and shower are inside their own cubicles, so you'll have privacy even when the area is occupied. And a door separates it from the sleeping area. No breakfast included, but there are many eateries nearby. Within walking distance for some, but driving distance for me. We parked in the building, and it was very convenient to get to the room from the parking floor. Hassle free check in and check out. Didn't personally meet with Sean, but he was very friendly and helpful, and provided many useful information. Worth the money, and will definitely come here again."

"I book this unit few days before our stay to celebrate my mom's birthday. The first thing i consider was private pool since we are muslim family and this is girls trip (5 adults & 4 kids) i thought our family's member couldn't fit the vila so i asked help from owner to find us another vila. She was very helpful and still answering my mesej even at night. Even there's no other vila available that time, i really appreciate her help and suggestions. Before arrive, another staff text me on WhatsApp and give check in instructions. It's really easy to follow and we didn't have problem at all. The vila is spacious. It can fit all our family's members if we can request for extra bed (but that time i already book one lexis room next to it) It's really clean and we had great time there. There's lots things to do around hotel but since this is private unit, the access to hotel facilities is limited. About restaurant suggestion, they already compiled it in a file for us to choose and it's only few minutes drive from the hotel (it's genius!) One staff came few minutes before we check out and help us with the process. Even we stay only for 1 night, it was a beautiful holiday for my family. Thank you host and your staff. "
