This place is lovely, but it's brand new. Because of this, you can get a great deal on it. It is really a luxury boutique hotel. Pro: - Everything is new & modern, spotlessly clean. - sunset at the infinity pool overlooking the water can't be beat - breakfast is delicious - I've seen great deals on it, way below what market rate will be when it's done Cons: - it's new, so there are some hiccups. The hotel is run somewhere else & so it's hard to get information from the front desk - the restraunt isn't open yet so there is no food other than breakfast - everything outside the rooms/pool are kind of under construction- it WILL be great but the current pictures are a bit deceiving If you see a good deal on this place, book it! You'll be glad you did.

Not as advertised at the moment!”
We booked this hotel despite it not having any reviews as we thought it was brand new and discounted to get new clients. When we arrived, however, the hotel was being extensively renovated and as we had paid a non-refundable deposit we felt we had no other choice but to continue with our booking. We were assured that the renovations were only in the foyer and restaurant/bar area and that our stay in our room would be ok and they would provide an in-room breakfast. The first few days were ok just, but then the drilling and hammering started and workman walking past the pool as we were swimming and we said enough was enough so we complained. Local staff was trying hard to help but head office seems to not give them much authority. After complaining to Agoda the hotel agreed to refund 4 of our 5 nights and we stayed there for 3, so they did try to correct the issues and Agoda was great. We are sure when it is finished this will be a great boutique hotel. Well located, lovely rooms, modern fixtures, good internet and the final renovated bar/restaurant will have a great view over the water with a sunset view, but until it is fully finished please be careful. Also, very close to the end of the airport runway! We liked planes so we were ok with it but they are very noisy from 6 am to 10 pm but flights are intermittent.

Beware of your valuables in room and safe”
Place is beautiful and tranquil but dont let that fool you into letting your guard down. My personal experience. I loved the place however my last night my room was robbed. The thief stole my debit card and $600 cash from safe. It was a sophisticated operation given that they had access to my room and safe and did not steal everything of value leaving room for doubt for a police report. Fact is, my debit card flew from Koh Samui to Bangkok where the thief or thieves attempted to use and succeeded with over $1300 in charges however thanks to my bank alerts I reported it stolen and was reimbursed for the fraudulent charges. My lost was the $600 cash, that sucks but now I learn a valuable lesson. I'm not blaming the hotel or staff, it could've been anyone. You can draw your own conclusions from my story about the hotel if you wish to stay. It's a beautiful boutique hotel but BEWARE.

Great Panoramic Ocean View Hotel”
The view from room is superb. But it is such a pity that there is beach bar nearby hotel that start opening loud music in Bossa Nova style since the early of afternoon until evening. It's quite loud and annoying. I would like to give 5 stars for the view and for the others (staffs, room, breakfast and bathroom), I would give 3 stars.

The room has an amazing view and really good wifi here, but the only down side was that there was a lot of of noise due to plane flying to airport and motorbikes outisde at night. Rooms are not sound proof enough.

We couldn’t sleep”
Beautiful hotel but at 3am they had a generator on for 6 hours. Louder than trying to sleep on a plane. The reception staff were argumentative about it and only acknowledged the issue when we presented a recording of the noise. The restaurant is great.

They did not clean our rooms. The breakfast service was very slow even for a relaxed island and served without a smile! The reception staff were very professional and warm. Great cocktail bar and cocktails at Sundown are superb

Hotel made me feel unwelcome, doubting my pre paid booking”
Arrived at the hotel 17.30 (pm), we had just been on a boat the whole day so we were tired and hungry. When we got to the reception they could not find our booking reservation, even though showing them our receipt and confirmation - so we had to email the one that we got from agoda to their email. And she also said that she didnt know if breakfast was included so she could not give this to us yet, even though it clearly says breakfast included in my confirmation from Agoda. The room was not finished (as they clearly were not expecting us) and we had to wait for them to arrange it. We then got our room. Which was full of flies (?!), like the whole ceilibg and all of the walls were covered in small fruit flies! And also, if you have not noticed yet, I want you to remind yoy that the hotel is very close to the airport and you will be seeing planes flying some 100 meter above your head every now and then. Déçus du rapport qualité prix ”
Hôtel juste à côté du port de Bangrak (idéal pour transfert Seatran direction Koh Pha-ngan / Koh Tao) proche aéroport. Points négatifs : bord de route ( bruyant + proche piste aéroport donc avion basse altitude jusqu’à environ 22h puis 6h15) Nous avions pris delux ocean view... vue mer soit mais aussi baie vitrée donnant directement sur la terrasse / piscine donc aucune intimité sauf rideaux fermés.... Chambre équivalente à un 2 étoiles français. Propriété ok mais vétusté (tâches, sol pas net, robinetterie mal fixée ...) beaucoup de petits détails négatifs cumulés pour un prix à la nuitée très élevé. Concernant le petit déjeuner, nous devions partir à 7h20 pour l’aéroport. Petit déjeuner proposé à partir de 7h mais rien n’était mis en place nous sommes donc parti sans manger alors que nous avions payer l’option ... Accueil moyen, polie mais pas de proposition d’aide pour monter les bagages. Point positif : super terrasse pour l’apéro et le dîner (nourriture plutôt ok)

Sollte man nur zum Übergang Buchen”
Positives war die Lage in 10 min mit dem Auto am flughafen Restaurants in der nähe.big budda in 5 min zu fuß zu erreichen. Negativ sehr laut weil die Flugzeuge direkt drüber fliegen frühstück nur von karte auswählbar das meiste war nicht lecker nur das englische Frühstück ging so. Wichtig Es gibt kein Strand zum Baden.

Schimmel in Bad und Hausflur ”
Leider war es auf unserer kompletten Thailandreise das mit Abstand schlechteste Hotel. Das Personal war nicht unbedingt unfreundlich aber auch nicht thailandtypisch hilfsbereit und nett. Im Flur zu den Hotelzimmern schimmelt es an der kompletten Decke entlang, es sieht aus als würde diese auch fast runterkommen. Die Zimmer sind das komplette Gegenteil, wie auf den dargestellten Bildern! Es schimmelt ebenfalls in den Ecken im Bad, keine Ablagefläche in der Dusche möglich, man muss sein Shampoo etc auf den Klospülkasten!!! abstellen. Beim duschen ist danach das komplette Bad unter Wasser, nachdem es auch kein Duschvorhang gibt. Das Waschbecken vom Bad ist außerdem nicht im Badezimmer, sondern davor, mitten im Zimmer untergebracht. Man hört komplett den Straßenlärm von vorne, da das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist und an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt, absolut unerträglich nachts. Der Flughafen liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Flugzeuge fliegen somit nur ein paar Meter über dem Hotel vorbei. Das wlan funktionierte außerdem garnicht in unserem Zimmer, da wir das Zimmer direkt über den Restaurant hatten. Der Pool war außerdem nicht wirklich sauber und die Liegen werden komplett von einem großen Baum bedeckt, wodurch man dort nie Sonne hat. Vorher hatte ich versucht mit dem Hotel Kontakt aufzunehmen, ob ein Shuttle vom Pier zum Hotel möglich wäre. Leider habe ich nach mehrmaliger Anfrage keine Antwort bekommen. Das dazugehörige Restaurant direkt nebenan ist völlig überteuert. Wir hatten zum Glück nur eine Nacht gebucht. Trotzdem sehr schade, für so eine Nacht über 60€ (Sparpreis?!) ohne Frühstück zu zahlen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!!
