Great Staycation Destination”
The rooms were aesthetically pleasing and spacious. The amenities around the resort were well maintained and had enough personnel especially in the pool areas. The staff were very accommodating, hospitable, and friendly. They were ready and willing to assist us regarding questions, concerns, and requests. The food in Cafe Hojas and Caverna were divine and the serving size was often good for 2-3 people. The breakfast buffet selection was varied and offered the best of Cebu. Sir Kevin consistently offered to prepare us hot chocolate topped with latte art. It was the perfect mix of chocolate, milk, and foam. Bar Montan was our go-to hangout spot especially with Messrs. Riggs, Sam, Tian and Ma'am Bevz behind the bar. Because of them, our stay was extremely pleasant and memorable. They listened to our wacky stories, kept up with our antics, and were open to sharing their own stories. Comfortable spaces, gorgeous landscapes, beautiful architecture, great service, and unbelievably delicious food and drinks. What more could you want? It’s the ultimate rest & relaxation resort.

Relaxing, quiet and stress-free resort!”
Had an amazing time at Tambuli resort! Complete with amenities (they even have a fully equipped gym!), the day restaurant had good breakfast, pools were enormous, landscaping was beautiful and well-maintained, private beach was clean and quiet, and the rooms are very spacious and well-planned, and there was never a day that the resort was overcrowded even when they had events (there was one day during our stay where they had a wedding event going on and we didn't feel restricted or limited at all in terms of space in the resort). Payment was easy and they have a card reader POS (I've recently learned to appreciate this as not all resorts claiming to be 4 or 5 stars have it and will require you to pay in cash. like who does that? its 2022) The staff are very friendly and professional, and the neighborhood is generally safe, we used to walk to the nearby Costabella Resort at nights to have dinner and massage. That said, if there are any cons it would be that the menu is very limited, I mean the food was good, but not a lot of choices available. And no in-house massage, which was quite alright since the resort next door has one so it was easily a 5minute walk from Tambuli. Rated the location 4stars because if you wanted to go sightseeing you would always have to cross the bridge to get to the main island which takes about 45-60mins by grab car depending on the traffic. The availability of grab cars is pretty good, it was easy to book in this area, but be ready to pay at least 500-600php per trip. If you're the type to stay in the resort and not roam around the city during vacations then this is easily the best resort for you. Overall, our stay here was very comfortable, relaxing and stress-free. Definitely recommend staying at this resort!

So many pools! Can cook!”
I went there with a friend and my kid. They gave us a room upgrade to a 1 bedroom upon checking in. It wasn't sea view because there were still repairs going on those rooms due to Odette Typhoon. But we loved our room because we can cook, laundry, huge ref, balcony, and there's Netflix. They have about 5 pools and they have a nice beach. Although we didn't see it go to it's highest tide at daytime, we were still able to swim on it. There was free 30min kayak and free plated bfast. Overall we loved our stay. The staff was very accommodating as well. Would love to go back.

Wonderful and peaceful stay with family”
Highly recommended! Great facilities-so many pools and they are all clean and well maintained, beautiful landscapes and lots of plants and shade from trees. The room is very spacious with complete utilities and appliances 🤩 I wish we could have stayed longer. Excellent food and service at Cafe Hojas 👏especially the Saturday Grill Buffet!

We stayed in Tambuli for 4 nights. If you are looking for a place to stay to unwind and relax, this is a place to be. It is truly a nature resort. We got free breakfast and it was a buffet style everyday. They almost offer the same food choices everyday, maybe they should change the "theme" every other day. The mango and four season juice is a must try. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are set-up in a condo type of setting, so there is washing machine, stove, kettle, refrigerator, plates, utensils, pots etc. available. What I dislike about is asking guests to wear the wristband at all times. I don't mind wearing it if im using the pool, but if i just go to the restaurant to eat and go back to the room, I don't see a reason to wear at all times. I mean I can wear it to go to the restaurant but I would take it off when I go back to my room, it is just a waste of wristbands, maybe a reusable one is better. Other than that, it was a relaxing stay. Will definitely stay at Tambuli again.

Quick New Year getaway”
Never failed to consider this resort as this has changed from a good rating several years ago to a whooping great rating at present. If you are looking for a place to stay, whether you want to cook your own food, order from outside merchants and delivered it thru courier service, or solely order from their exemplary restaurant, All are possible at Tambuli and not to mention their world-class pools and beach. Will surely go back.

One of the best trips we've had!”
This place is simply amazing! Even if there are a plenty of guests, you will sure find yourself a place of privacy amidst the gardens, pool area, beachside and their beach walk way. Actually the place is quite huge to explore! Our 1st condotel experience and dare I say, very amazing experience! WHY? Because they allow grab food hahaha! Each unit is complete on its own with kitchen, dining, bedroom etc. But the plus is the design of balcony such that even if you decide to stay there, the adjacent guests won't see you eye to eye. There is still context of privacy. Mactan in general got so-so beach which is understandable but Tambuli makes sure you focus on the other side of the coin. You will get tired swimming in their vast area. If not for the price per night, would definitely go back in a regular basis for rejuvenating and relaxation. But then, you deserve a little splurge after working overtime, isn't it! Amazing accommodation, architecture and overall aura! Highly recommended! Thank you for the complimentary cake!

Great Service”
Really great resort for families with young children. Each pool have 2 or more life guards. Quiet place even in busy days. Foods in the restaurants were also great. You can order grab or cook in the unit. Don’t worry about overpacking, their staff are always ready to assist.

New property so everything in the room was in good shape. We enjoyed the many pools in the resort. We went island hopping and got picked up at the property's private dock (we had to pay extra for additional fuel but it was well worth the convenience).

Best place to relax and great service!”
We had a wonderful stay at Tambuli! The place had a chill vibe and the staff were very courteous and friendly. There were 3 big pools to choose from and we enjoyed swimming and lounging the whole afternoon. The only downside was the beach. We had to wear slippers because there were sea urchins and the sand was like mud making it difficult to walk on. Good thing they offered 30-minute beach activities for free and we had fun kayaking. The room is more like a condo than a hotel, perfect for travelers who prefer to bring food as they have a microwave, fridge and stove. You can even do your laundry on the washing machine. As we only stayed one night, we opted to try their food and boy did it not disappoint! I recommend trying their pizza and beef rendang! It’s pricey but the taste and ambiance is worth it! We haven’t had a proper date the past year so that dinner was memorable for us. The breakfast was awesome as well! And to top it all of, they surprised us with a sweet treat for our wedding anniversary! Such a nice touch! We surely recommend this place and would love to go back! Thank you loads, Tambuli!

Worth the price!”
Tambuli Resort is not cheap but the facilities, staff's wholesome . friendly attitude, strong wifi connection, and beauty of the place is worth it. I recommend: a printed RESORT MAP is distributed upon check in; Welcome Drink should really be a mark of sincere WELCOME, not just a 6 oz paper cup of iced tea; Resort Rooms must have monthly rigorous maintenance check (water in our our toilet sink won't go down quickly. the p-trap was too clogged.. and this caused an awful pervasive smell in the room. 2nd our TV did not have Cignal connection as promised. 3rd, the shower head needs cleaning for best shower experience, instead of shower water coming out in different directions. 4th, instructions on what number to press in the telephone to call Reception, Housekeeping, or even Room-to-Room must be posted in each room.

Good value for money”
nice place. beach and pools were very beautiful, staff were nice , breakfast buffet was on a smaller scale but still good. The rooms were great since its a condo/studio with hotel amenities, with a small kitchen and large ref you can bring supplies or groceries if you intend to stay longer than a night.

I surprisingly grew to like it”
A big condhotel with huge building work (which had no inpact). Rooms good with kitchen and washing machine. Food good but expensive bit expected for this type of hotel. Beach (manufacturered) is great. Huge swimming pools. A walk from rooms to restaurants but you can shuttle. Staff great really well trained although front desk need to create taxi contacts. I wanted a taxi at 0430. At first a fight to consider booking (100 pesos to book..cynical) but only taxi they could get price on arrival. Hey this is Philippines trust a taxi price? Otherwise I enjoyed this strange hotel best in cebu.

One of the best hotels in Mactan. I like their rooms because they are complete, with induction cooker, microwave oven, kitchen wares and ref. They have large pools and accommodating staff. I just love this hotel so much. Thank you Tambuli!

Best relaxation”
I would say tambuli has made a good improvement since the longest time i have stayed with my family. How ever i would also recommend that swimming pools can be up to 9pm because some wants to do night swimming. And also the open off the beach can be around 5:30am . This will make people enjoy an early swim. But overall i had a good time.

Pool is amazing”
The room was okay and I liked it that each room has its own terrace. Pools were literally amazing and the beautiful beach is just right in front of the resort. Staffs were very friendly. Also I could feel good vibe at the italian restaurant inside the resort, and the food was amazing as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
