warm staff, location, easy arrangements

the staff were all really warm. just got a bit of a confusion with the booking. They booked us in an airconditioned room--we paid for the fan room because no room was available upstairs. however, when we were checking out, we were asked to pay an additional fee for using the aircon of the room.
