Very friendly staff. They helped me with everything I needed, including booking trips and taxis, they also have the lowest price for renting a bike and overall, I am very happy with the service and my room. Definitely recommend.

Staff were very lovely, very close to the beach, rooms were nice, great value, scooter rental on site. Enjoyed so much we extended an extra 2 nights. Will definitely stay here next time we visit Koh Lanta!

Ideal location, spacious room”
Beautiful, clean beach 5 minutes in one direction, great choice of restaurants 5 minutes the other way. Use of the Peaceful Resort pool is included. This was nice and clean and we used it a couple of times. Staff were able to book a trip and arrange laundry which was handy. We ended up extending our stay by an extra 2 days.

Close to beach”
This place is between the main road and the beach. There seems to be 3 different hotels on this property and all guests have access to the one small pool. Breakfast happened to be included for me and it was very good. The staff is very nice and helpful. I spent most of my time at the beach which you can access via a nice path. I could walk to very good and cheap restaurants on the main road as the beach restaurants were expensive and not that great. There weren't too many shops nearby, but there were food markets which is all I needed. You can order lunch at the property and it is served at the tables near the pool. It was good and reasonably priced. I did ask them to order me a taxi for the day I was leaving and I paid in advance. When it arrived they came and got me from the pool. I was disappointed as it was a truck that holds like 10 people in the back and I was way overcharged for it. Make sure you ask what kind of taxi before you pay and ask them order a tuk tuk to save money

Good value ”
Good value for the price. Room was simple but clean and comfortable, had a good sized fridge, hot water, and even Netflix! Pool was nice and well maintained, and it’s a short walk to the beach. You have to ask in the morning if you want your room cleaned but it wasn’t an issue once we knew that, and even so they offered us fresh towels and drinking water daily.

Loved the location and pool ”
The location is 3 minutes walk to beautiful Long Beach where you can find loads of beach bars and cafes and it's about 8 minutes in a tuk tuk to Saladan. The pool area is also lovely with bean bags and loungers. The room that we got was basic and not very well maintained and the beds, although large, are pretty firm. With some TLC the rooms could be easily improved.. perhaps we just got an older room but the cleaning could be better. On the plus side, the TV was working so if you have kids, you can watch Netflix. Also the pictures you see with windows between beds are not indicative of all the rooms. Some are on ground floor and with just one window at the front.

We absolutely loved out stay at Tammarind Twin Resort. The room was very spacious, lovely and new and very clean and comfortable. Location is terrific as it is less than a 5 minute walk from Pra Ae beach. Would highly recommend this place to stay!!

Amazing Value for Money”
We stayed here for a week & were very pleased. It’s actually part of a small resort hotel, we had a family room with a partial pool view. For a fraction of the price of the pretty little poolside bungalows, you get a lovely big clean room, 10m from the pool. Location is good, a short walk to restaurants & bars, 300m from the beach & the week we were there, they were fitting lights to the alleyway leading to the beach. Staff are friendly & helpful. Little restaurant serves nice reasonably priced food, their Pad Thai is great for £2. Only issue is that the shower could be doing with updating, all in all, great value for money.

Great gem of a place”
This place is truly wonderful. The room is enormous and very comfortable. Really well set up. The bathroom is also great with hot water and a separate shower. The location is wonderful, a short (less than 5 mins) and easy walk directly to the beach. There's a good selection of restaurants and mini marts around the resort. There is one small negative and it's the lack of reception but it's really not an issue. This place is attached to a resort and the reception of the other resort helps out with anything you would need. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort as we originally booked for 3 nights and have extended for over a week now. Great value for the price.

Amazing property!”
Stayed here 3 nights (had 4 booked, but problem with our room when we arrived the first night so they had arranged for us to sleep at another resort for that night). Hotel is clean, everything worked great, staff is extremely friendly, pool is wonderful. Beach is located about 3 mins walk and is stunning. The restaurant at the hotel has amazing staff who were able to accomodate our food requests due to allergies. Would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity!

Some improvement but they are overbooked”
Becos of overbook, they arranged another resort where was loacted at another beach - full of rocks that cannot swim! Luckily that resort has a swimming pool for us to play but we lost one day to swim in the beach. Tammarind improved to provide coffee and electric boiler.

Good location, shares a pool with the nearby Tamarind (1) and Peaceful Resort. Only a short walk from the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. I originally booked for 3 nights, ended up making it 4. I wish it could have been a bit longer.

Decent place”
Really great location near the beach and main road. The pool is a huge bonus and really nice, rooms are standard and decent, staff need reminding to clean daily but that is usual for most island places in Thailand. The rooms are huge, air con powerful and generally really good for the price we paid. I would recommend to friends, already have!

Good value for money”
We paid a little more than 1500 THB per night for a family of 5 - 2 double beds. Room is spacious and cleaned daily. Wonderful pool next door in lush, green and well maintained garden. 5 min walk to beach, which is nice and no stones. Walk to the main road, cross the road and turn right and walk 3 minutes until you reach AO restaurant. Excellent pad thai! Recommended!

Good value ”
The best thing about this hotel is that it is brand new and very clean. The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is decent and all rooms have their own balcony. The room was well cleaned every day, unlike in some other budget hotels in Thailand. The location is close to the sea but the road to the beach is not very nice. Just before the beach it feels like going through a trash heap and it is really unpleasant. As we saw a snake there on the first day of our stay, we never used this road again. That meant that we had to go to the main street every day and then walk about 15-20 minutes before getting to the next road that took us to the beach. We booked the bike, so it was ok for us but I would not recommend this hotel to those who want to "wake up at the beach". Here you would first need to go through the busy street although the hotel is on the right side of this road and in reality really 3 minutes from the beach. Funny that they have not fixed this road. There is no restaurant at the hotel or next to it which is fine if you know it before. Much more than a restaurant we really missed a reception where we could talk to somebody, ask for advise, book departure transfer or prolong our stay. We did prolong our stay through Agoda eventually as we really literally never had a chance to talk to somebody from the hotel except for a nice cleaning lady, who did not speak any English but did a great job in cleaning that we really liked :) We had to trust that she will not take our things out of the room when we made the new booking through Agoda :))The hotel room must have been good as we did prolong our stay and did not bother to hustle with moving with our luggage etc but I would not book this hotel again because of the poor accessibility to the beach and not existing reception or staff.

Great place. Reception is down the main road towards saladan at the longbeach residence. Nice new buildings. Great price. Decent wifi. Reception staff very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
