Room smelled bad. Housekeeping did not come. Asked for towels and I was told they are out. I was told they would bring them up in an hour after laundry was finished; they never did. Called front desk multiple times at different times and never once got an answer. Latch on bathroom door was broken. Would not recommend.

some things at the hotel could be worked on. Clean sheets , ice maker on fourth floor out of ice or not working, hot tub was a cold tub. Nice counter help all shifts very helpful.

We called to check availability, was quoted price of $139 for 2 queen beds and $179 for a king...booked online fo9r $99 a night...I'll never understand why you can't get best deal by calling hotel directly... Room was nice, air worked, hot water in shower...looked clean...best thing was free hot breakfast in the morning. Overall, worth the $99.

Stayed for a total of 5 days with me and my Girlfriend. Room was brand new, very clean, bed was super comfy, new sheets, staff was helpful and very nice. The breakfast was above average and was plentiful. Food was hot and allot of variety! Compared to others in area with same price or more this place is a NO Doubter and is just AWESOME! Thanks again for the nice stay will be back again!

Little small bugs everywhere think they ants but not sure, couldn’t even put down an open drink without bugs surrounding it, seen two roaches crawling on the floor, stains on floor,the hallway to our room had trash on the floor,had alot of parking and exterior was good

Best value for the money in Tampa”
I have stayed at several affordable hotels in Tampa when I visit and I just stayed at this hotel for Christmas. I would say that it is the best value for the money in Tampa so far. The hotel cleanliness and pleasant look of interior and exterior of the facility , in addition to the included breakfast makes me satisfied enough to recommend it.

The front desk clerk was courteous and responsive immediately. The location perfect for sports fans and tourists. The room Was not! The room had red stains on carpet, no smoke detector in room where it belonged was just an open hole. The bathroom had hair in the sink n tub. The tub foundation had cracks and missing sealant and the bed was hard so if u dont like a extra super firm mattress think otherwise. If i wasnt there for a 3 hr nap while i wait for my load to be ready and had energy to leave and switch rooms i def would have.

The room seemed to be clean but all other areas of hotel facility were dirty. Hallways, garbage cans, and etc. The breakfast was fair at best. Tried a night time and an early morning shower with no hot water.

i stayed here for one week. the room is basically spacious and clean, you got everything needed for a business traveller. they offer excellent breakfast every day considering this budge paid. good facility with gym and also a swimming pool for entertainment. they also provide laundry if needed. basically, i would recommend travellers to tampa to stay here.

Close to airport a bit isolated without a car”
It was close to the airport and the airport shuttle is good. There is a shuttle bus to nearby restaurants, but very few amenties in walking distance. The hotel corridors and rooms are large but they are a little tired in my opinion when i compare them tio other holiday inn expresses i stayed in. Nice pool though
