Cozy room with the bath tub and good view”
Even the staff can't speak English well. But they're very kind and polite. The room is clean with the pretty teddy bear.

Helpful Staff”
The staff was really nice and helpful. They helped us book bicycles and find dinner. The room was clean and bigger than expected. Our bathroom had a jacuzzi tub which we made great use of. Breakfast was nothing special, but it was ok for us.

I spent one night there. Good: Location, friendly staffs. Bad: The room is not really clean. The water in the bathroom is small. Breakfast sucks.

Located near busy street + clean room”
We stay at 3 double beds family room from 26-27/11/2017. Room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast were yummy! Check-in process was very fast. It's small hotel with elevator. The staffs were polite & helpful. If we come back to Sun Moon Lake, we will consider to stay here again. Walking distance to restaurants/ cafe, Watson, 7-Eleven and pier.

Great Stay”
Lakeside, just behind a hotel fronting the lake. Very nice and helpful staff. Good food. Rooms with enough space to walk around. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Just not enough electrical plugs for 6 people to charge their devices at the same time. Near restaurants and bike and souvenir shops. Walking dist. from Visitor Center, pier and bikeways. Very convenient place to stay in. Overall, great value for money.

Pleasant hotel, good location”
the hotel is located very near to the ferry terminal if you intend to travel by ferry for sightseeing to some tourist attractions. a pity that the hotel we stayed does not have a view to sun moon lake. supposed to stay on the 5th flr but the boss commented that we have alot of heavy luggages, so shifted us to a basement room. not sure whether it is a good deal or not as we did not have a chance to view our booked 5th flr room.

Adequate, had all the basics. Double room very very small. The room with a view was so small that the fridge door wouldn't even open all the way. Definitely overrated for 3 star. Disposable face towels; kitchen, dining and reception all in one dingy narrow place. By the way - Attention Agoda: There is no Tan Hui II, only Tan Hui B. Please correct your listing accordingly to avoid confusion. B is the newer part that is serviced by an elevator

great location at sun moon lake”
The hotel is located in the center of a dynamic area of Sun Moon Lake - there are restaurant & bars around. near by the bus station to go and back. The room was a little bit small but clean with everything you need. Moreover there is a jacuzzi bath! Staff very friendly & helpful

good service new hotel near to food stall near to the pier(boat to the other site of lake). i a muslim, it is hard to get food. the only option is bread and cakes. so this hotel is very convince to get those food because it is near to 7e and starbucks.

good location, value for money”
good location hotel closed to Shuishe Pier 2 mins walk and many restaurant and market around there. There are 2 entrance to this hotel, pier side and parking side. The entrance from parking side is more convenience to go with your baggage

New but tiny rooms!”
one of the many newish hotels sprouting along the main touristy drag off the lake. rooms are clean and comfortable but tiny! any smaller and elbows will have to find someplace else to go. and breakfast is a joke: mish-mash of processed food done factory-style. still, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the owner even pops in once in a while with a wave and a cheery hello. there are a lot of other options here though, would like to try some other hotels (there's one right on the corner with a starbucks on the ground floor) next time i'm here to see what the competition is like.

The room decoration is such so dusty and dirt. Owner may consider take it off or clean it. Family room is too pack for 6 adult and 1 child. The most convenient of this hotel is near to ferry terminal, need not wake up so early even for 1st ferry ride by 9am .
