Room was on the 8th floor with view of the sea, it was really clean and decor was great. Roof bar was excellent for a night chilling with a drink and pool was open until 10pm with a great view. Nhea and kan the two bar staff were super friendly and all drinks and food were really cheap. Breakfast had lots of selection and plenty of it. Bar food was really taste and we did not have to wait long. The pool was clean and a good size, and the hotel have done well with sun loungers with the limited space around the pool. Overall this is a fantastic hotel for the money.I highly recommend it, and would definetly stay again. All who come to Nha Trang be aware, this is little Moscow!!!!!”

We asked for a better roomand location , the night shift lady, who was very pregnant, was extremely rude and snatched the booking from our hands. Only after we threatened to ring and report to Agoda did she give us a better room in a 3rd level. The day shift front desk were quite good. Breakfast was average at best”

“My 11-year-old son and I went there on a free trip. I don't speak much language. I have anxiety. Two days in the city with Nat. I decided to send it and stayed in three biettes. I spent the evening at the hotel, but I loved the delicious meals and drinks in the swimming pool and lounge, which saw the sea and the city view far away. Especially if the coffee in Vietnam doesn't fit like me.Americano is the best. J SPA, PHO oi, LIVINcollective, etc. are nearby. You can enjoy the view of the alleyways of Natrang. The milk tea next to the first floor of the hotel is also very delicious. The staff are so kind. Please be careful because it may shake in the shower while standing in the bathtub of your room. I was sad that there was no bottled water at the breakfast restaurant.”

“I am really happy about my stay here at the hotel. The location is great! It is off the Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street, which can be impacted sometimes but it offers more than you will ask for. You can walk to the beach, enjoy the convenient access to local stores, coffee shop, street foods without the traffic. You can easily flag a taxi down. Taxi drivers here are overall friendly and don't mind the short trips and not try to rip you off at all. Take advantage of it! My group has elders and toddler, so it requires some special accommodations. Thanks to the staffs we have a wonderful stay in Nha Trang. Just want to shout out to Quyet, the security guard, and Linh and Vi, the receptionists. They always offers suggestions and accomodate as much as possible. The hotel is just open few months so I hope the staff will keep up the good work in the future.”

“I've been backpacking around SE Aisa about 3months now. This place is the cheapest and the best hostel ever!!! The room was really small, but weirdly it was big. there was a huge locker to put backpack or suitcase just right next to the bed. that was the biggest locker I ever had. Not only a locker there was also a table too (or a shelf) to put personal belonging just right next to the bed. It was really helpful and super convenience to me. Location was just perfect!!! Everywhere was spotless!!! All the staff was really kind and nice, always willing to help and whenever I smile to them they give a smile back to me. (This is something special in Vietnam) I haven't asked her name but hopefully, this is her name "Assiny" and Vanessa, Thank you very much. you guys made my days in Nha trang. Thank you again. Breakfast was good too, I always had eggs and a bread though... The only one complaint is there was no soundproof system between each dorm rooms. It wasn't bothering me at all before such a careless Chinese groups coming in. (2 groups surrounding my room) They were nightmare people, Keep talking until 2AM, making a huge noise from 6 in the morning. It was really annoying I've asked them several times please to keep quiet but It never went longer than 10 mins. It seems like They don't have any basic manner and common sense or something. lucky that happened my last day. Anyway, This is the best hostel ever!!! I highly recommend to a solo traveler. It's worth to stay here. believe me. “Our family of five (three teenagers) spent only one night in this fabulous hotel. We booked one double and one family room, located on the third floor with accessibility by lift or stairs. The family room was very large with one king and one queen size bed. The hotel is modern, immaculate and located in a very clean and quiet alleyway within 100 metres of some great dining options and no more than a 10 minute walk to the beach. If you want a break from Vietnemese food, Carlos Pizzas is a very good Italian restaurant serving thin and crispy traditional Italian pizzas and pasta prepared by an Italian chef - literally around the corner within a minute's walk. Beds were very comfortable, the linen and towels fresh and new. The shower (with glass screen), was strong and hot - wonderful after a long journey and having had many cold showers throughout our trip. Check-in took all of 1 minute and the two staff we dealt with in our short time were extremely friendly, happy, incredibly obliging and spoke enough English for us to understand each other. Perhaps we were lucky but we had no problem with noise from other guests and the block out on the curtains provided dull, natural light in the mornings, no - not dark but certainly not too bright. Breakfast was available with pre-order the night before and brought to your room at your chosen time in the morning - so I assume it is catered for by a local cafe as the premises are not large enough to provide in-house catering. As we were only in Nha Trang for one night we chose to explore and ate at a cafe close to the hotel. Wifi was a little slow as reported by others but of no concern to us. A high speed internet computer is available in the small lobby and staff very graciously allowed us to print our flight itinery with no charge. In addition our luggage was securely kept for us for four hours after check-out for which we were most grateful. This was the cheapest and most modern hotel we stayed in duri”

The main street is a busy road and it's especially loud in the morning due to traffic because Nha Trang is a busy seaside town. The decor of our room was fancy and the owners and staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Our room included a stovetop, fridge, aircon, washing machine, a couch, a kitchenette, a new smart tv, and a luxury queen size bed. The wifi here is excellent, we were able to catch up on all our emails, contacts, and work from our room. We didn't want to leave. Recommended!!!”

“I was innitially horrified by the highrise hotels of Nha Trang but ended up staying on 7th floor myself. There was a great view from the pool area on the 11th floor. The hotel is new, furnished beatifully and managed with great care and attention to detail. Spotless and a good breakfast too. Very close to the beach. Only stayed one day as Nha Trang not really my idea of Exotic Beach - heading to the Phu Quoc in couple of days instead.”

“we stayed here for 4 nights, and dont have anything to complain on. Big clean room, friendly staff, close to nice restaurants and bars and only a short walk to the best part of the beach. There is a small "parkinglot" (without cars) in front of the hotel, so it´s drawn back from the street a couple of meters, and that helps against the "streetnoice" if you´re a light sleeper. The general sound of trafic didn´t bother us..”

We could tell she didnt want to be there. We asked for a boiled egg or poached egg and she said 'no' , not even with a smile or sorry. There was 2 of them just stood there not doing anything. We went for breakfast at 9 and there was only scraps left. They don't keep it topped up. Breakfast is supposed to be on until 9:30 but they started packing away at 9:15.”

“This was my first time to Vietnam and also Nha Trang. The hotel is beyond my expectations as the room (deluxe triple) I stayed in was quite big and clean. The front liners - girl receptionist in the lobby is so friendly and approaching. She's always giving her best to explain to us even though her English is not that good. I would say she's one of the biggest part that lighten up my trip in Nha Trang! I've given her a yogurt when I checked out the hotel. Regret that I've forgotten to take a picture with her as I really like and appreciate her attitude and efforts. ;) The only thing that make me a lil disappointed is the wifi service in the hotel. It just doesn't work sometimes. Hope their IT will improve it. Overall, it was a worth staying in this hotel!”

“It was a bit odd to try to workout where the apartments were, no visible sign except the adress number. You'll see a bar, and the apartment is through a backdoor of the bar. What you can do is to ask the taxi driver to wait. Go in and get the receptionist to come out and explain to the taxi where to drive to the back if you have a lot of luggage to move. Lots of cheap hotels around. But was nice for a change to be in a self contained unit. Best to eat out for dinner and breakfast. And shop for snacks. Should be cheaper that way. No lifts here, but we knew that going in, and on holiday we used that for our exercise. Beach is a highlight, several blocks down, hire out the deck chairs. Definitely have a drink at the Sailing Club and especially at night, was great to drink at night right on the beach. Be safe crossing the street near the beach and don't forget to collect your passport from reception, or better yet, get them to photocopy it and give your passport back to you. Also get Apartments to organise taxi to and back to airport. We got ours for about 2-2500vnd.”

“The only positive is that the room is really huge compared to Nha Trang standards. Just a pity that the dustbin still had remains from the previous occupant, as well as some of their hair on the floor, their old razor blades in the bathroom and their empty shower gel in the shower. Room was never cleaned, or the bed made, during a two night stay. When asked for payment and presenting my credit card, I was charged a commission for paying by card. Quite frankly not the type of service I would expect from booking through Agoda. Still have another week left in Nha Trang, but out of principal would not extend my stay. You want to charge me extra for paying by card, then I rather move somewhere else, thank you.”

“I stayed four nights in the 6-bed dorm on the fourth floor. The place is clean, neat, and quiet. The location is great as it is equally close to the touristy areas of the city center and beach front, and the less touristy center toward the islands in the Cai river, where you can get great local eating. Staff is friendly and the bathroom has great hot water. Only downside is that the WIFI on the 4th floor is spotty at best, so you'll have to go at least one floor down or to the lobby if you want to connect. Very roomy cages with padlock to put your stuff in safely, easily fits two large backpacks.”

“I got a discount from Agoda on this booking. This place is near by Tran Phu, a big road beside Nha Trang beach, so it's very easy to enjoy the air, crowd and the city with many kind of events around. I also got support from staff event I checked in very late. They also showed me directly what I needed. One importany thing is buffeta t the morning. Not many types of meal but they are all good and so great for me to enjoy. I will be back one day if I have chance to see Nha Trang again.”

“Location was near to the beach and some nightlife but far enough that it wouldn't cause a disturbance when you want to sleep. Staff (or was it owner?) spoke very basic English, but you'll survive. Hotel keeps your passport during your stay, which is common practice apparently (speaking from experience from other hotels) and I didn't feel like arguing with her in this regards. She also keeps the key when you go out and room doesn't have a safe, so you need abit of trust in her. Bonus is that hotel is near eating establishments and a decent gym.”

“This hotel is perfect! I really enjoyed my stay. The older lady and her daughter run the hotel and are so friendly and helpful. If there is anything you need they can help you. There are dormitory type rooms and super deluxe apartment style rooms. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the beach and around many restaurants to choose from.”
